What were these stones Reudh had used?

He took a quick look, then sniffed the hammer. It smelt like Cinnabar. That was good, Cinnabar was strong, and also somewhat poisonous. He gave it a quick once over with his forbidden skills, strengthening the handle and adding clay to the head of the hammer. It now gleamed like it was made of metal.

Looking up, he sees another fight brewing. Mr Otherdwarf seemed to be the diplomat.

"The master is our nice leader... the master lives in the nice blue microline tower, and we drink our herbs with wine at the master's feasts! Surely you must know of the master?"

A powerful odor of cocoa butter came from the elf.

"Species? What is that?"

The elf seems puzzled, and stares into space.

"Hugo, would you or anyone else happen to have a flamer of any sort? We might need it." Splint said, watching the kobolds scurry off to scout the tower. "And you know what he means freakmeat. Be he elf? Goblin?"

Piping up after running out of heads to smash; "Something's not right... These elves smell like they've been either dead or stricken with necrosis for months. And a tower? I think we're dealing with a necromancer!"

"Our master is powerful and wise. Our master convenes with the spirits, and decides who moves and who stops moving. Our master is... never shows master's face..."

Oh, it's worse than that. And more trippy.

As I dig through the wares, I see something strange. Not organic, stone. A slab of meteoric ore...It  read: The secrets of mind and psyche...
Hmm.

"I think the take them alive order has become redundant" says stormtemplar, chucking the elf toward his fellow dwarfs. "You people do what you want to him, I'm going after the kobolds." He does so.

The elf suddenly takes on a conditioned, almost mechanical tone. The lines seem drilled into her memory. "Master is great. Master is only one who knows. Master must not be questioned."

"Come to think of it, they smelled funny even for elves. And is it just me or does it look stoned off its balls or something? Wait wait, are we dealing with a weed wizard or pornomancer or something?" He watches the captured elves get sent tumbling into tohers from the bay. "Wait, are they really dead already? Then how the...."

Splint jumps at the elf's speech. "Er... Boss? Can I kill that... thing please? it's starting to freak me out..."
