Finding no one there, Roead rounded on Kofthefens, feeling very embarrassed. "You liar! I swear, tell me where these people really are or I'll bloody skin you alive!"
"Um... well, you could try the office?"
"Alright, lead the way!"

The kobold trader, after seeing the firebrand, loudly exclaimed "IM OUT, OR ILL EXPLODE." and mushed her wagon-pulling kittens away.

"Were over in near that desert if you ever need any copper! Oh, and Corai said to give this to Joykill! Hes cute!"
Three bombs, lit, a turkey egg, a copper sock, a note that saids "I hate your guts, love Corai."  and ten bottles of liquid cute.

And a plush kobold that looks oddly like the trader, daww. Joykill has a kobold crushing on him.

"IS THAT GOLD, ITS THAT BLUEMETAL? OH GOD I NEED TO LEAVE BEFORE I EXPL- OH MY GOD YELLOW DIAMONDS."

On a laptop with a flat keyboard, not used to flat ones so expect letters in random places and veryt bad grammar-h

Flames roared around the dueling dragons, with Zanzetkuken landing blows as his dragon ally struck. The sparse, arid shrubland around them was scorched, turned almost to a plain of black glass now. In a few weeks after the fight, it would be a black sand desert. Zanzetkuken knew that they had to get Nicol out of there, before any more serious damage was done to the landscape.

At the Crater...
Zanzetkuken was hurled against a nearby outcroping.  He was losing.  Bolas had destroyed all his spell with ease.  He even killed the Master Eldrazi.  As Bolas was coming over for the killing blow, a bolt slammed into Bolas, knocking him back.  Ajani Goldmane, in his vengeant form, had come to face Bolas, as he once did within the Conflux.

Spoiler: Ajani, both forms (click to show/hide)

Take the fight somewhere else, before that crater gets any bigger!

I'll give you a quote from the MTG Salvation wiki that will tell you something similar to what is going to happen:

Quote
Ajani's quest to find his brother's killer eventually lead him into conflict with Nicol Bolas, and knowing that he could not defeat the dragon-god himself, he summoned the essence of Bolas' own soul to fight for him. The ersatz dragon battled Bolas in perfect symmetry, before they lunged at each other with powerful bites. Both connected simultaneously, and in a flash of light the dragons disappeared. It is unknown how badly hurt Bolas was, having harvested the essence of most of the Maelstrom immediately prior to this climactic battle.

(More plot threads.)

Rubluflis rubbed his nose. What a miserable day. Ever since they had settled in this old tower, there had been nothing but trouble. First a blind cave ogre came up from below, forcing them out of their cosy home-cavern. Then this ancient tower, filled with nothing but gnawed old bones and that strange rock with scratchings on it. Rubluflis wished he had never listened to that bandit who tried to teach him to read. Now, ever since looking at that rock, he'd been having weird pains in his head, like a bad cold, and every time he sneezed one of the old bones began to move. It was too much for a kobold to be asked to deal with.

-How many ddiffrent plots do we have? Whats next? A kobold is gonna steal Weird's soul, become him, and strangle me, revives me, uses my arm to strike down Zanzetutkuken, then kill itself?-

Well that would certainly be good entertainment...

MrHappyface spun around on his swivel chair. The new augmentees were going about nicely. A mix of 20 small animal disectors, spinners, cheese makers, pressers, and wax workers were converted to cybernetic superdwarves. They stood behind him, milling around and drinking booze. Super reflexes, synthetic muscles, thermoptic camo, and neuro compliance chips were already installed into them. More would be coming, but he was wondering, when the project was done: Would they be ready? Against the dragons and shapeshifters if it had to come to that?  He was wondering if it was the right decision to give the Zanzetkuken the cybernetics blueprints.

That will be very difficult considering my guards.

I'm going to work on them so they will be organic!

You can't have too many plot threads. Just have to be strategic in how one cashes them in. Plus, I like the idea of an unwitting kobold necromancer, who does not understand why all these scary dead things are following him.

Well, the trick is to always read the whole thread, even when it's a 16 page update. That's how I keep up with all the little plot bunnies everyone keeps putting out, and how they come together in the dark places and multiply...
