Weird is NOT above "spanking" a naughty chicken! Especially if he loves said chicken like a pet, and its causing trouble.  If he learns that his little Mr Peepers has a dirty evil spirit in him, he willl go all "get out of Mr Peepers!" On you, and use all the "exquisite pain" he can muster to do it too.
