Splint jabbed his pike deep into the abomination, piercing it's spine. But it simply shrugged it off and batted him into the wall behind him, the pike still stuck firmly in its midsection, with an eye dripping... either hydralic fluid or eye jelly... He wasn't sure which.

"Splint! You alright?" Corai said, running over.

"I am so scared right now." He mumbled under his breath.

Mrhappyface sighed. Everything could have been done the easy way, but his companions insisted on duking it out. Oh well. As his Sunday school cleric said,
"When in doubt, grab a mace and bash some face!"

Probably fluid. Eyes are replaced with socket-like sensors. They look a lot like this, but not exactly:

"Yeah, I'm fine... I think. nothing broken, but-" His pike bent slightly as it was embedded into the wall between him and Corai. "MOTHER FUCKER!!!!!!!" That was it. Twice ina row these metal fuckheads head smashed his baby around. He'd had it.

He bolted over to his cabnet and hurled the damn thing into the cyborg. It didn't seem suprised if it was, and tumbled out of the room, Splint charging after it with a larg rock in hand.

It swung a badly aimed saw into the air at him, but his adrenaline fueled systm allowed him to pin it while ha smashed the rock into its head.

Again
And again
And again.

Until the rock had crumbled into dust. Then he grabbed it's head and slammed it into the groun until it stopped revving its saw. "That, motherfucker, IS HOW A NEW ENGLANDER DOES THINGS!!"

He stood, triumphant, but saw another coming down the hall.

He ducked back into his room, meerly saying "Ah balls..."

Corai stared, then stepped into Splint's private-stuff chest and just sat there.

"Im so scared right now."

Suddenly, a loud SMASH was heard.

Corai looked out of the hall and saw a clawed iron fist portruding from the cyborg's chest, holding a beating heart. "Ow." said Vemini. "I guess there are some things that hurt for even me to punch." He withdrew his fist from the other side, and the metal body fell face-first into the floor in front of him.

"Oh thank god!" Splint said as he poked his head out. "Someone not hell bent on trashing my stuff!" He was happy to see the cyberthing drop onto its face. "Still scared Corai?"

He turned to the elf, "I like those outsider elves... hah....please dont remember me..."

-Corai and his kobolds massacred those elves on there way out when we were there, so yeah. Vemini hating Corai wouldnt be very weird at all.-

"No, I don't but I don't see why you're scared. he's on our side right?" Splint said, looking sadly at his rebent pike. And he'd just gotten it fixed a week ago...

Vemini is kind of desensitized to tragedy, but nevertheless he was too busy with other things to care about the affairs of the other elves. He was following weird and me around looking for stuff, after all.

The rest of the cyborgs, except for the one who was with Hugoli, had found their way to the trade depot. There were only 11 of them left gathered at the depot, meaning 8 had to have been killed. "What is the designation?"

"Await further orders. Defend this position."

Weird, Roead, and Athel looked out. Panicking dwarves were streaming back into the hospital, but the cyber soldiers were walking away, apparently having abandoned their current objective. "Shall we follow them?" asked Roead.

[I'm going to bed pretty soon. Other people seem to be doing it, and they're kind of essential.]
