Scars?

just noticed in .08 they added scars, amazing!

i just saw the first scar that runs through the eye till the eyebrow.
however, it was the 20 vs 1 hippo fight.

and the hippo got the scar


is it possible that creatures have scars when they generated?

For a very long time, I must say. Scars happen from cutting wounds of any size. After healing, you have a nice mark to say: "I got in a fight, and lived to tell the tale!"

Scars don't say where you got the wound from though, so you can be an adventurer mauled by badgers, getting scarred all over and none would be the wiser.

They are only there for visual appearances, as far as I know.

Creatures can be generated with scars from worldgen fights.

To be honest I know I'm not experienced in this game but I was from 31.25
and I have not seen a scar from that day till now.

the sniper had a scar added to his model after meat the spy
