i thought baby's cant talk and i don't think baby's would make its own lair by itself and murder people
and the baby's lair is/well i think is next to his fathers lair its separate lairs.that or it is just another lair that is not related to the baby and is there by chance

also another bug this sea serpent wont die i got from high master fighter to needing 10000 points to level up to the next level

About the sea serpent:
If you're using any of the common mod packs, generally sea serpents (and all kinds of nasty creatures) use harder and thicker materials in their bodies than other creatures, making them very very hard to kill via the usual methods (brainstabs).  Regardless, sea serpents are (as was mentioned) very large creatures.  In this case, try to focus on the eyes first (to blind) and the throat (to cause bleeding).  The AI is very dumb, and your companions will try to brainstab the monster regardless of how obviously ineffective the action is.
