As you take a seat at the conference table you feel a bit...queasy to say the least. You recognise some people sitting with you here, people of your trade. This could have been a nice convention, as far as this could be possible in your trade, if not for the far larger amount of other people in the room. Your recognise some researchers ( one or two look like the Nobel-Prize kind of guys), defintely some militaries and a whole bunch of guys who look either like complete eccentrics ( to put it politically correct, in fact your thinking that some would nicely fit in a proper asylum) or so damn average that it screams intelligence agency. Before your thoughts can trail away any further a large screen on one end of the room springs to life.

[You can see a man in his mid-fifties his brown hair already graying. He is clean-shaven and his expensive suit almost sits a bit too tight. His voice is neutral and devoid of feelings, although soft to the ear]

Good Day Ladies and Gentlemen. You may ask yourselves what you are doing here, what the purpose of this meeting is and why i beat around the bush. I am Chairman Kane and represent a group of persons who are upset by the current state of affairs. As you may well have taken up, strange sightings and mass murders have increased during the last month to a never reached level.

[the man is momentarily replaced by pictures of crime-scenes. News reports about mass murder and wiggly pictures of beings who are definitely either not human or not anymore. All in all the mish-mash used to build up tension or immersion...]

The problem is that most of these cases aren't some sort of sick joke or a crazed homicidal maniac running amok, but things that go well and far beyond anything the national authorities can handle. My affiliates have watched such cases since...a long time but never in this magnitude. Therefore we have decided to contact you. But enough of beating around the bush time for introductions.

The screen floods momentarily with files and then more and more of them begin to dissappear:

Uh... before I post bios and the like, mind giving us a clue if this is a single-person suggestion game, a multiplayer type of game or a fortress/facility overseer game?

I am confused by the Positions part of the char sheet.

oh sorry, i just watched a certain movie and that gave me the inspiration...should have thought the post more through. Yeah it's basically a multiplayer game.

Think basically of an X-Com/SCP-Foundation without so many Xk-Class Stuff/MIB/ Avengers kind of scenario. You are basically in charge of capturing, studying and either healing/containing/destroying all those supernatural homidical beasts out there.

The Director primarily plans the build-up of the Complex ( although this is achieved through the various other players devising their  Containment/Research/etc. facilities together), aquires funds and distributes them, is in charge of the Cleanup procedures and plans Capture/Expedition/Research etc. missions.

The Head Researchers...research. Stuff to better contain whatever you might stumble upon, study these things to find weakpoints, to understand them to heal them, to destroy them etc.

Head of Security plans the Security of the Facilities, Containment Procedures, Defense,Containment and Recapture in case of Outbreaks, Is in charge of Emergency Response Teams and is also the guy who brings in the Heavy Artillery, Big Guns and Med-Evac were needed.

And then there are of course the Senior Field Agents. While all others have more or less some  managment to do, they are more in the hero range of game. They get into the fray. THey capture those things themselves. When the Director issues a mission they lead these missions and to what is needed. They are the more disposable guys.

Apart from those if you have a good idea for a role you would like to play, go ahead tell me and i'll decide whether we can fit it in somewhere...

ah yes what i forgot the Agency needs a name...

Name: Alex Waite
Position: Senior Field Agent (is there a role that is more or less an equivalent to SCP Foundation's Mobile Task Force?)
Skills: Shooting things, and being relatively athletic. Good at following orders. Not so much at planning, but can handle self in dangerous situations. Doesn't know how to MacGyver.
Bio: Pending

Will add bio later, as well as edit stuff as they get explained.
