Would would suggest to the honorable Robert Shipping Inc. to drop his plan for the Triumvirate. As being a shareholder bring more money than being an investor, no one will sign for being an investor.

I suggest the Robert Shipping Inc. teams up with T.N.A.S. and Noname Incorporated to fund a Triumvirate. Noname Inc. will transfer the loan to the new Triumvirate, and the 10 dimes used to buy a ship and send it south to gather sand. The ship shall be called the Triforce.

The Triumvirate will re-pay the loan, and pay 1 Dime/trip in dividends.

The fact is that shareholders only get more money for the first voyage and aren't payed anything after the Third.
I do like new triumvirate  too though.

We can use the share system later when we need to raise funds. Also, assuming a 5 dime revenue.

The only reason you could fund a voyage is because you hired an explorer. You get nothing out of that trip except knowledge, which you won't be able to act on, because you have, I believe, two dimes. Even if the semi-blind sailor returns, he may have news that whatever is down there is worthless, and that is if he returns.

Our coalition, on the other hand, has a ship that acts not only as an exploratory vessel, but also a merchant one. We will get a monetary return on our investment still have the means to send out another voyage.

Haven't I technically taken more action than you? Formed a coalition, purchased a ship, sent the aforementioned ship out twice...

...as opposed to funding the voyage of a guy who thinks the world is a cube.

EDIT: Also, wouldn't likening yourself to BM be like inviting the universe to hate you? I mean, seriously. everything goes wrong for him. I'd recommend comparing yourself to Thief, but that would require you to be manipulating people with legalities.
