THE ONLY MAJOR SEAFARING EVENT WAS THE REFITTING OF NEARSIGHTED ROGER'S "BLIND MOLERAT", WHICH AFTER SEVERAL FALSE STARTS EVENTUALLY MANAGED TO SAIL SOUTH. HIS RETURN IS ANXIOUSLY AWAITED BY SOME; OTHERS BELIEVE THAT HE WILL NEVER RETURN. EITHER WAY, THE WORLD WILL BE A BETTER PLACE.

Interest rates are high; it would cost you a lot. Loans can be requested from the government- ask for a loan, see what happens. Maybe they laugh at you. Maybe they say sure. Who knows?

After your first venture, You don't have to pay it all back at once, but I won't lend out anything to you until you do.  I mean I'll eventually have enough money to lend out multiple dimes to multiple people.
