Rising from his bed and getting ready for the day, in addition to placing his bloodstained clothes in the wash-pile, Oshaberi heads downstairs for breakfast. (If Yuri walks in, stay there to talk to him, and if he doesn't by the time I finish, Oshaberi goes to the warehouse with the shipment. And yes, he does have a spare set of merchant's clothing- the black clothes are actually concealed in a secret compartment in his bag.)

Ted looked towards the courtier. "I urge you to consider my proposal after I have been arrested," He said as he let himself be bound by the Ashigaru.

Katsu was itching to wedge another word in, but remained silent. Undoubtedly this situation would come to be explained, he decided to remain patient.

"Ah, your excellency is most gracious. If it would be more convenient for you, might I suggest that I join you for supper? I have not eaten since I got off the train."

Hayato ignored their captive's grovelling, striding over to the Magistrate. He placed his hand on his heart as a gesture of honor.

'Greetings, Magistrate. Now that this rebel has been defeated - I've come here on behalf of the Shogun himself, honoured be his name. I am to train these peasants of yours into a somewhat capable fighting force, I believe.'

Kenage & Asane & Hayato & Katsu & Ted & Isaac
"That is good, Ryoshun-san," the Magistrate replies to Hayato, still speaking from the Norimono, "We will have need of trained forces. Even now, a force of Genki soldiers marches towards Sumeru. Please, meet with me and your clanmate tomorrow."

He pauses for a moment, apparently for dramatic effect, and then answers Kenage, "That would be well. Please, come by my estate after the sun has set and this criminal is behind bars. My servants will be waiting for you."

He taps the side of his norimono, and the servants lift it once more as an Ashigaru drags Ted to his feet. "Ryoshun-kun," he states, speaking to Katsu, "You will meet with myself and Ryoshun-san at noon."

Then, if unobstructed, his retinue head down the road, dragging Ted along. As he passes Asane, he sniffs with disdain. One of the Ashigaru pulls Isaac aside and explains that it would be wise to stop following them at this point if he's nothing to say.

This scene is over, unless someone has something else to say or do in the immediate present.

Oshaberi
You are informed that your outfit will be washed of the blood by nightfall, and then a light breakfast is served. There's quite a crowd of new people at the inn today-- probably mostly locals come in for a bite to eat.

Hori
(918=18) You look around for whatever could have broken the window, but can't seem to find anything heavy enough that isn't still bolted down. It occurs to you, though, upon looking at the blood splatters in this part of the train that the conductor wasn't facing the window while he was shot. Why would someone smash the window and turn him around, though?

Murder was afoot, and Hori's highly trained nose was onto something. He had never covered up the truth of any time he needed to kill, so the concept was foreign to him, but he was determined to figure out what happened, if only to be able to tell the truth.

Kenage returns to the Sun Blossom to check on his maimed family member, and pay the doctor, before he has to go to the Magistrate's house.

So, a peasant was saved by two samurai.
One of these samurai has gotten away and one has been arrested.
Disturbing an execution is a extreme crime!
And asking for an uprising is even a greater crime!
But the rumor's...
The rumor's of a rebel camp...

EDIT: Search for a rebel camp around Sumeru and if he finds an animal, kill it for food.

Asane greets the magistrate's obvious contempt with a warm smile and tip of the hat, before following Kenage to the inn, ducking slightly as she enters.

"If it pleases you, Moretsu-san, I would accompany you on your journey."

Thanking the innkeeper, Oshaberi finishes his breakfast, and after paying for another night in the room, leaves for the train station warehouse, where his shipment is.

Finish breakfast, pay for another night, and go to check on the shipment.

"While it is true what you said earlier, I am no formidable warrior, it would be unfair of me to ask for your help in this matter. I am avenging a fallen brother, and the Akahoshi is making atonement for his dishonorable actions. But why would you devote yourself to a cause that very well may be hopeless? Why would you put your life at risk to help me?"
