Basically, you vote to make this game have a purpose, by adding rules. For instance, a rule that you must act like a cat would cause all players to have to act like a cat in their posts. So, this could end up as all sorts of crazy.
The only restrictions that can't be overwritten are the constitution, which is as follows.
Constitution [aka: un-changeable rules]
0. Definition of a person: A person is anyone posting in the thread this constitution is contained in, that has not been defined to be no longer a person. A person cannot be defined to be no longer a person, without the thread maker's interference.
1. Amendments:
An amendment can be requested by posting "New amendment: [amendment number]. [Amendment name]: [amendment text]". Voting will begin on it if no other amendment overrides it being an accepted request. An amendment will not be accepted unless a consensus is formed of 5 people voting for it. An amendment can be turned down by five people voting against it.
2. Voting:
An amendment can be voted for or against by posting "Vote [for / against]: [amendment name]." If this is allowed by any other amendments, it is counted as a vote. You may only vote on an amendment once, and you may not vote on your own amendment.
3. Vetoes:
An amendment can be instantly turned down by a veto. If the person has authority for a veto, they may use their veto like so: "Veto: [amendment name]". Unless overridden by an amendment, no one has veto authority.
4. Repeal:
An amendment can have a repeal vote started by posting "Repeal vote: [amendment name]". If this is acceptable after amendments are considered, a repeal vote shall be started. Repeal votes work the same as amendment votes, except prefaced with "Repeal". (Thus making a repeal vote, "Repeal vote [for / against]: [amendment name]".)
