Been a long time dince I've done this, so I'm having some problems.
Where do I place the dowload in the dwarf fortress folder?
And what do I replace the Init files with?

There should be a settlement on the -1z floor, If not.. find a empty spot and fill it up.. We have a whole tree farm which could be used to grow
Also we are in a evil biome, The blood has no effects.. Its just painting the battlefield with a beautiful red tinge..

That explains it.  All my attempts to settle in evil lands result in my expedition being killed within minutes.
Not going to be able to do much to the tower.  Adding a small section, but my main obective will be stabilizing everyone's moods, and adding to the security.  Will put up first in character report tommorow.

Alright, right now the 100 or so goblins are beating up on the undead siege, but somehow 5 cave dragons got into the fort.    So the upper part of the tower has been cut off for right now.  I was ust laying down the final part's of my new defences when they came

I personally don't believe in danger rooms.  I just use live sparring partners. 
Our population is hovering at exactly 100, and the only people who aren't fine and above are migrant waves 4, 5, and 6.  Who are all miserable without exeption. 
The undead siege was ambushed by 4 different ambushes in a span of 5 minutes, but that did nothing exept give them new recruits.  I have a plan to try and capture the invaders, but I might not have the time to pull it off. Also recruiting more marksdwarves, along wiht planning on building more archery towers. 
Also, everyone is getting a 3*3 bedroom and a 3*3 dining room, along with a cabinet, bunch of engravings, weapon rack, and armor stand.  SO by the next turn, you can probaly torture them and they will remain happy.

Short report-
We have 91 dwarves, and all are currently fine or higher (Majority happy).  But the people in migrant wave 4 have some problems
Everyone has a 3*3 dining room and bedroom, exept for the occasional people whose bedrooms haven't been switched yet. Most rooms also have an armour stand, cabinet, and weapon rack as well, but there are still a lot of rooms that don't have them.
And finally, you barely have a militia, and there is a giant undead siege outside, so, no matter what you do, do not-
A.  Unlock the floodgate installed at the entrance
B.  Unforbid the doors at the entrance, in case you disobeyed direction A.
Also, the lever controlling the floodgate is the one nearest the floodgate.  Forgot to put up notes.
Would also advise using the undead as guards.  They should soften up the next siege.

I ended by turn three months early.  Got most of my stuff done, so you can use the extra time to build up a military.
