It appears you have lost the knife. You fail horribly at creating a proper shirt and shoes, and in fact ruin all the pillows. You look in on the fellow driving the truck. He appears to be a scrawny fellow wearing a hoodie and red pants. You open the window, and before he can react you snap his neck so hard, part of his bone rips through the flesh. He chokes on his own blood, and the truck begins to steadily go slower. You climb in, and push the fellow aside, getting into the driver seat.

Pedal to metal! Floor it, weaving through whatever country traffic we can find until we see a town of some sort. Then reduce speed to more sane levels and drive to the nearest house.

Throw him in the back with the rest of his kind. Run over random pedestrian and abandon the truck.

[Johuotar]

Weep delicious tears. Dump body (in water preferably) and continue murder spree.

[Fniff]

You throw the corpse out of the truck, into a river, then, while wiping away tears, you pedal to the metal. There is a grinding sound, and the truck suddenly flies forward at a fast rate. You plough through a school bus, causing it to spin off into a ditch and explode massively. You suddenly turn onto the pavement of a small town and start mowing down pedestrians. You must be going at 80 KPH! The blood and gore of the run over pedestrians make the formerly blue truck crimson red. You start screaming as the Crazy Bus theme starts to play in your head. You crash into a wall, making the truck turn upward and fall on it's back. You think you can smell something burning, and the sound of gasoline being lit.

FLEE! FLEE SOUTH! And find a house.

[Flying Dice]

Crawl out of the cab and run away screaming.

[Lillipad]

Stop being on a plane of existence that includes trucks and explosions.

[Johuotar]

Be very disappointed in yourself for murdering random people and leave the bus.

[Supercharazad]

[Fniff]

You manage to crawl out of the truck quickly enough so that the explosion doesn't kill you. You keep running to find an open house, and find one fairly easily. You kick it open, and hide inside. No-one appears to be inside, and you manage to find a room that is filled with military grade firearms and a tank. You think you can hear a helicopter in the far-off distance. You feel kinda bad for murdering... What, 43 people? Wait, that makes your killcount 45. Goddamn, you killed 45 people in the span of five hours. Some of those were children. Wow. That's better then most spree-killers. You don't find any corpses, so you can't add cannibalism to your list of crimes against humanity.

[Supercharazad]

Steal all weapons. Put them in the tank, drive off in tank blowing up everything that gets in your way. If you can find a pillowcase, use it as a sack for the guns.

Strip the tank for parts. Look for pink paint.
