I got a problem :\

it seems to be happening a lot lately and I dont know what is happening.
I cant press any button and I can only press 'q' and it gets me to the recording screen and there I cant press anything also.
What is it can I avoid this without quiting and re-enter Dwarf fortress?

My CAPSLOCK key is my Sprint button in the FPS games I play, so this happens to me quite frequently!!!
