Still snickering at the rather witty way in which the zombie sat (which was almost certainly on accident, he doesn't have the brainpower for purposeful humor, I sit on the throne and order my forces to sit on the pews.

  ...Nothing. Dammit.

I adress the throne and order it to reveal it secrets. I even put a bit of magic in the words. Nothing happens.

Review everything that you know about combining an active ghost and a body.

You decide to toss both of those ideas because

 1) That would run the risk of having your zombies arms snap off, and serve no purpose,

 2) There's no way to join a ghost with a human body, dead or alive, without the ghost being completely evil. It does horrible things to the host soul.

Ask if there is anyone there, then examine the room for any artwork.

No-one is here but Me and my shadow... And also the pack of zombies and skeletons. But they don't count.

 They literally, actually, cannot count.

The artwork is mundane, I ascertain. Everything is so plain, plain, plain. Dear gods, I'm beginning to rhyme. I ought to find the obvious secret soon, or else I'll go insane!

 AHHHHHHHH There I go again!

We must face our disgrace and race from this place with haste in our pace or brace to waste without trace.
