Limiting how much you can do in a turn is, well, the entire point. The limit may be too low, but that's another matter. Labor is the "you can do this much stuff in a turn" resource. Money's more specialized, used primarily for units.

And thats the reason I don't like it so much. It really limits you to barely any actions a turn, because you get so little labour a turn and you literally need Labour for EVERYTHING. You need to spend an entire turn to just build a single building or unit early on for most things, which I think is completely arbitrary. But thats just my two cents so far. But thats pretty much my only gripe with the system so far Everything else is pretty fine. A bit generic, sure, but no where near bad.

Also, I might add that money gets pretty scarce when you have as many units as me on the field. With practically no money-producing structures.
I was wondering if you'd noticed that...

Here I go. Waiting for ya Doomy. Ima gonna crsh your puny soldiers.

Vanigo, I'm flying away to the middle of nowhere. I should have internet access, but I can't promise it. Just do my turn if I'm the last one that need to post.

Screw this, I asked Azthor to manage my turns if I can't do it. That way you still got a player, even if I don't get any internet.

Spoiler: Arcadia (click to show/hide)

Sheb- I outnumber you and am working on removing your supply lines. Surrendering would be in your favor. My lancers are breaking through. I'm sure we could organize a peaceful transfer of power. IronyOwl, if I could request your assistance should Sheb not cooperate, would you mind taking care of that one island of his? There aren't any troops there, and it's only one tile, so I'm sure it wouldn't be too much trouble, but I don't have a barge up there. Would you mind helping me? You would, of course, keep the island.

Now would probably be a better time to mention that you probably shouldn't claim lands until we've finished negotiating over them. You still haven't explained what this mythical middle is that you're leaving me.

By the way, little request: Could everyone please do a quick writeup of their take on the situation and their current plans? I'm sure I need to do some serious balance work, and I'd like to hear how everyone thinks things are working out.

Sorry, but that is simply not happening. For all your bravado, you are running out of money pretty fast. You simply can't afford any more troops, and if you don't capture one of my city pretty fast you'll have to start disbanding those lancers of yours in a few turns.

I will accept a peace if you hand back Stonehaven and nothing else.

Sheb, I'm sorry to burst your bubble here, but I stopped losing money a bit ago. As a matter of fact, I have gained the capability to field another unit of axemen. IronyOwl, as to the middle, I mean the land between the cities of Dunnottar and Stonehaven.
