Ohhh, that was unexpected.
Was sure you were going to attack me this turn Kash, guess you changed your mind (to be honest though, that was probably your best opportunity to attack, since now I am in a significantly better strategic defensive position then last turn, and am outproducing you unit wise, even if you are only waiting a turn to attack me, you missed a fairly big chance).

After a bit of thought, you won't really be that disadvantaged by waiting just a turn, but every turn you wait will make attacking a more risky endeavor.
