We're waiting for school to end, as foamy and I both have finals to deal with, or at least, that's my understanding.

Ehn, you went and started? I thought we were still agreeing on details. Either everyone should join Megaman's empire or it should be abandoned- this is what keeps happening you see, we get several empires and not enough members. Now more than ever you need a lot of members in an empire.

Also, whoever founds should be someone who knows what they're doing to organize the capitol city right the first time. That means as soon as you start set aside space for a broker/etc and a LARGE landing area right by spawn.
