The Gingerbread House brings up a interesting question for me that I would like the other players thoughts upon.

It seems like cash and Aura are our two resources. I wonder how much they are worth to each other. How much money do you guys think a Aura is worth?

I'm pretty sure aura is meant to be valueless. Pricing is dealt more in the difficulty of obtaining the product in question and how difficult it is to get that much aura, rather than the value of resources put into it.
Also, someone might want to go to Tartarus and recover at least one of Harman's jackets and his wallet next turn. He has seven of them, and Grek is "dating" his "master" so I'm sure it won't be a hard sell. We can use the jacket as a hammerspace community chest, and he had enough money in the wallet that we all get about $2400.

Note in this case, it's more a 'favor for a favor' thing. CF helped me, I'm helping him back. Value doesn't matter so much here.

You guys have to do some Aura research before you can transfer it around among yourselves. Some of you have spell that deal with aura already, might be a good place to start.

If I were to research my aura spell, I'm pretty sure it would only make me more effective in killing people.

@Ws: I'm guessing 'what we buy is what we own' and Aura bought items can't be freely given to others?

They can be. It has already happened. You just can't transfer Aura at this point. If you research and practice it, you may find it has uses outside of shopping.

Harman was Santa Clause with his aura purchases. I'm pretty sure you got something from one of them.

My take on it is that 3 Aura = 1 Soul Power = 2 Infernal Dubloons = 240 US Dollars. Ergo, 1 Aura = 80 US Dollars.

Can anyone think of any possible use for pickled dragon livers?
