First, a personal request: Please don't hurt Piddles. I'd like to try to tame the little tyke. He's just rambunctious!
Second, a question to the GMs: Do I know what the strength of my own soul is?
Third, Turn:
1 hours: Get Kestrel to tell me about my new mystery condition and why I'm turning green.
4 hours: Sail down the Styx to visit the Styxian Crossing for a Hell Shopping Trip. Attempt to sell the astral dragon soul. Minimum acceptable offer is 20 dubloons, but ask for 40 initially and haggle from there. If I have enough after the sale, purchase an artifact blueprint.
I'll also take requests from the other mages, if anyone wants me to pick something for them in Hell. +0 time, +2 Intutition, +1 focus bonus (Frankie knows what a soul's worth!) +2 "Good lord that's a big soul" bonus, -3 for difficulty. 1d100+2
1 hours: Attempt to convince Kestrel to let me borrow the that moving van we used to loot Jagen's place. Failing that, rent a moving van myself.
6 hours: Find Piddles; attempt to convince him to please get in the van with me. Repeatedly say that I'm not mad and that I forgive him for biting me. Use said van to transport him and the little bears to the seed shop. Hear what the owner has to say about all this. As before, buy what he suggests buying, up to 500$. If Piddles feels guilty for what he did and goes peacefully, the the mods are +2 time, +4 faith (to avoid showing fear to the bear) +1 guilt bonus, +1 van bonus and -5 "smuggling a bear across california is hard" penalty for a total of 1d100+5. If he's still hostile, then I'm using the Emerald Wand on him and it's +2 time, +4 connection, +1 van bonus and a -8 "oh shit a bear" penalty for a net of 1d100-1

Also, I'm assuming that I've been keeping the books in my room until we find a place to keep them? If so, here's the book list.
Publicly Owned Books:
1: Meister Jagen's Personal Journal and Spell Log: 1997-2001 (Seems to have lots of information on multiplainar travel)
2: Meister Jagen's Personal Journal and Spell Log: 2006-2009 (Has information on the beasts within the portals and how to control them)
3: Meister Jagen's Personal Journal and Spell Log: 1969-1974 (Has some travel spells, and lots of information on the magical politics of the era)
4: Solo Adventures: 1 Player Voyeurism (Not a magic tome, but you can understand why Jagen kept it locked up)
5: Busty Blonde Balorgs (Same as above... but with more eeeewwww)
6: Subhuman Roster: 2006 (A slightly dated list of vampires, werebeings, and other such things living in Southern California and the surrounding areas)
7: The Neptune Affair (The personal story of a Magically Talented Southern Belle who dated the ancient god of the sea while her father and brothers were off fighting the union. Contains descriptions of some powerful spells.)
8: Werewolf in London (The story of a young werewolf who spent his highschool and college years away from his family, studying magic in the British Isles. Contains lots of spell used to blend in and play sophomoric pranks.)
9: The Carharn Wheel (A dossier listing some members of the Chaos Circle, starting from the fell god Carharn and working its way down. Includes some ritual spells)
10: The Clearsands Tribe (A book describing a clan of high elves living on the plains of valor. It discusses their customs, religion, language, and spells)
11: Spell Suggested for the 2013 Ban List by the Department of Subhuman Affairs (A half complete academic style report authored by Meister Jagen. It lists and describes in great detail spells which he thinks should be banned)
12: Soul of Ursula Jagen (A strange glowing book with nothing written in it)
13: March 1973 Issue of Magia Magazine (The cover shows a picture of Jagen captioned 'Putting the Furies in Their Place'. The magazine is full of articles discussing popular spells, mages, and controversies of the time)
14: Pimping Imps (A book listing and describing many common and less than common varieties of imp, as well as ways that one can torture and control them)
15: Jagen Family Necrominon (The 1844 edition of one of the worlds most infamous spell books. It is written in German. It is full of notes on the margins and back page, just like a family bible.)
Ariel's Books:
16: Journal of a Plant Mangus (Written in journal format. Contains info about magical plants.)
17: The Scholar’s Guide to Magia-Arthropodology, Volume 9: Western United States & Canada. The book seems to have few if any spells, focusing more on describing bugs, insects, and crustaceans with magical properties that can be found locally. The book seems to be sorted by longitude at which the bugs are most common as opposed to any sort of alphabetical order, which you find quite nonsensical.
18: The True Patriot’s Guide to Casting: Aiding Democracy Without Alerting the Mundane Government, is the title of the second tome. It seems to be a more recent work, full of tips and spells to help mages partake in cold war era spying!
19: The third tome is simply named Movie Magic. The book is full of spells designed to help the magically inclined producer or director enhance every aspect of the filmmaking process. A red note scribbled on the inside cover, ‘Quit using magic in the films. Edison might be catching on’, seems to date it back to the early era of American filmmaking.
20: The Tome of the Yellow Lich. Gotten from the Yellow Lich, said to contain spells mixing electricity and necromancy.
E: Corrected Piddles' gender.
