Hmm. I thought we'd have at least two more turns before the session, but it doesn't look like that will be the case. We might actually miss out on that job if we don't do it in the session, unless Haika and Weird muster up the energy to pump out two turns today.

Grek, I don't think that your calculation are correct. Starting with, we are actually spending a amount of time, fail or succeed. So the "worth" starts at $100. Then we have a 44% chance of succeeding, or not failing and having to spend another time slot. Each time slot has that same chance, and adds... Not what you were thinking. $56+(56*.56)+((56*.56)*.56)+(((56*.56)*.56)*.56)+ect

So 100+56+31.36+17.56+ect thus showing that he have a profit if he charges around 200 bucks for the information, which seems pretty reasonable for such information.

The job description implies that the three archmages aren't good people. Their solution to the situation is likely just to enslave everyone that fights back, and oppress everyone else so that they can't fight back. Plus we already have Travis to deal with, so do we really want three more high-power beings to come in and screw up the missions or steal our jobs?

Maybe I'm just cynical, but to me the job description says, "Our employer, the Bloods Sapphire Wisp, is upset that the Crips some Archmages from Boston are invading her turf. Take them out and show that the Bloods Sapphire Wisp rule L.A."
