You can just hear the Indiana Jones music, sung cheesily by everyone with vocalizations like "duhduhduhduuuhhh" and "newnewwnewwww".

That'd most definitely be the movie of the year.

Will this thread continue, I hope? It hasn't had much of a chance at helping you to fulfill your goals.

Well, actually he's still been working pretty hard from I understand, but on that commission and the larger poster, meaning yeah, he hasn't been getting stuff out regularly, but he's still been getting quite a bit done.

Moving any quicker than when you started, Fool?

Yes. I'm also mapping out things rather than just jumping to shading. I think it makes it look better, even if it isn't done yet. I'm also mapping out rough colours under the lines to speed things up and then drawing details on top of it. It helps in background work.

Here's the preview of the next one. I'm thinking of extending the poster down a little more and having the running scene a little bigger so that people can tell if they're in it more easily. I'd just need to extend it another 100-200 pixels to fit the title in as well.

Who wants to be in the lower section this time around?

As for working hard on other things... Work actually eats up most of my time. By the time I get home I often don't want to continue on an image. I need to change that if I want to get any reasonable amount of practice in before next year. I was also hoping to make an art portfolio for scholarships and university applications, so expect art to be made. I also need to learn French and I have a lot left with that project.

In short expect art to be made, just not daily.

Me as well!

I can provide the full size of my avatar and the image it's based off, if you like.

How about adding me, quietly lurking around (as I usually tend to do)?

You can portrait me either as this guy, or as this guy (I had these images on my avatar at least once, cropped.)

I'll be sure to include you. Just send me the image.

Here's an update:

Spoiler: Preview! (click to show/hide)

I still need to add detail to Skyrunner's avatar and ask for Aquizzar's avatar for reference. I think his had a bike originally.

Spoiler: To be added (click to show/hide)

EDIT: I'll keep an updated list of people to add here.

Don't suppose there's room for an upside-down cat in there somewhere?
