Your english is better than a lot of native speakers. I would have never guessed it wasn't your first language.

Anyway, I'm up:

Temptfall Disaster
Tone: Dark
It had only been a year since the dwarves drove the goblins out of Temptfall and claimed it for themselves. Unfortunately for them, a great evil lurked there. A beast which had been sleeping for some years after its last strike - Mortorgoth - ripped through two dozen floors of underground industry, slaughtering hundreds of dwarves until making its way to the surface. Little did the surrounding villages and cities know that their collapse was imminent at the hands of this foul creature.

You are getting the hang of it I see :)
I just thought about how we could make the posts easyer to locate within the History,
I came up with these headlines for each post :

Type (period, event, scene)
Tone
Important --> When (name the periods/events/scenes directly before and after, if it is the last event of a period, say it)

Very nice guys, keep going!

The Great Fires of Aramul
Tone:dark
Tensions between the forest dwarves and elves of Aramul were raising, a long, bloody war was imminent. Before this could occur however; a great fire began to tear through the forest, no one knows who or what started it but the effects were devastating for both races. With neither fully recovering for decades, thoughts of war were pushed from their minds.

(I think I did that right.)

I'll wrap up with an event and a scene.
Tone : light
When : just after the slaughter of temptfall

Melmul lorak,The wielder of the Iron sword of the earth gods confront mortorgoth. While defeated he managed to wound mortorgoth. The beast fled back to the caverns with the Iron sword firmly lodged in its neck.
Alas the great swordsman loose his artefact sword, the only sword on par with his skills.

Scene : during that event just before the fight.
Question: why did melmul choose to fight, thinking he wouldnt prevail. This is taking place in the hiding place of the dwarf runekeeper. He is asking for cousel about the ongoing fight.
I require :
-melmul lorak
-the dwarven oracle
No ban

Reminder : you can invent a completely new person on the spot or pick someone. A few words to describe the character are sufficient.

Know please choose a character, counterclockwise starting on my right.

edit: omfg I corrected everything, sorry for the spelling and grammar mistakes. Blame my phone -_-

I'll play melmul lorak. Lets get started then.
I'll introduce a secondary character. Dodok the dear of strength, the oracle's apprentice and bodyguard
The scene takes place in a dark cave some miles away from temptfall.melmul lorak is a small human, his face is thin, highs cheekbones, proeminent chin.
His long hairs are braided in the style of swordsmen. He is androgynous and somewhat disturbing. At his side, sleeping in its scabbard, is the ancient blade "grey seer", an artifact sword.
Slightly bowing toward the dwarf, melmul shows his respect.

"Noble dwarf I heard that a Beast from the dawn of time is roaming these lands. Since I heard from the nearby town people that you, the dwarves, brought it here I ask you to recall it. You won the war there is no need for more slaughter!

I made two mistakes, sorry,
First we have to reveal thoughts.

First mistake : melmul does not know anything about the outcome of the fight (this is obvious but I made the mistake anyway)

Now his thoughts : he thinks the dwarves unleashed the beast in the goblin fortress before the fight.
And now let it roam to make a point against the locals.
Second : he does not think he can prevail against the beast. He heard about all the previous warriors that fought and died from it's claws. However he knows that his sword give him something the others did not have.

And the bodyguard thoughts.

He is unsettled by melmul presence and fear this pacific meeting to degenerate in wholesale slaughter if the human hurt his master's pride. He will fight if needed.
Now please, edmus and evi marahadja, do reveal your characters thoughts about the scene.

The oracle Gatal is of an age that many cannot count to. He is a cynical old dwarf that has lost an eye and three fingers back when he was in the place of apprentice. recently his entire family was destroyed from a monster of the pit that he received no warning of. He is angry with the Gods for letting him down, and angry at himself for letting his people down. Now though a stranger has come to the damp cave he has been reduced to and is accusing him of engineering this travesty! Although those were not the exact words...

(I think I did all that was required there. note: I may be scarce this weekend due to a mix of working and celtic festival)
