- An orbital shipyard is identical to an aquatic shipyard build on a spacestation, except that it doesn't use fuel in construction.

Weight and such will be regarded per ship. Some might only be constructed in Aquatic or Space shipyards. Some only in space.

It also uses some rare materials in it's construction, that have only been found in traces on this planet.[2 turns left]. Using the materials you have it will take some time to repair the vessel, and you probably can't repair it completly, but the materials you need are already there.

Return Scout Ship to Spaceport

If the responce from the fleet is positive, broadcast it across the planet to raise moral. The Vespara are no longer alone in the universe.

High happines= Viva Le Presidente
Low happines= Viva La revolution

(High= 90%+
Low= Everything below 50% though really bad things only happen below 20% )

I think so, why ?
I only earned 1 fuel. If it's 2*fuel only if the building's fully staffed, do you mind changing it to read 1*fuel per worker?

The output of a building depending on the amount of people working  against the amount of people zho should be working is a rule that applies for all buildings.
