Hahahaha, that is EXACTLY what it means. Everything would break down, and we'd have to all unite and make power sources out of rivers and enormous wooden screws to fuel our soon-to-be-extinct computers.

My God. I think I've just come up with an idea for a book that outsells the Hunger Games. :P
