Think of them as a real person's accomplishments, martial arts or experience. 'Good with computers' for example, or 'Karate Blackbelt', or maybe 'Very Philosophical'. I'll let you know if you're doing it wrong.

Unfortunately, Caellath, I do not fence.
I do have lots of characters planned out though, and MAy's thing is that she's a glass cannon-y swordsperson. So fencing was natural.

I will end up with another combat-oriented character, I guess. But it probably makes sense since strange people are drawn towards each other.
