And now for some TRACK DESIGN.

Spoiler: Downhill Descent (click to show/hide)

Basically, it's a 10-segment track that goes down a hill for one "lap". A snowy hill.

Sect. 1: Opening arcs which are wide and smooth, giving ±0 on powerslides.
Sect. 2: An icy bank with deep snow below and smooth ice above. Everyone takes a +1 hazard check to avoid spinning out. +1 to powerslides.
Sect. 3: Sudden drop! A fast downhill with -1 dash panels and scattered item boxes.
Sect. 4: Suddenly a jump! Everyone needs to make a roll vs the ramp, adding their momentum. Anything worse than a draw will send them into deep snow, setting their momentum to 0. Daredevils can take the shortcut with a mushroom to clear the area and automatically pull ahead (they still have to take on the kosak).
Sect. 5: Kosak-a series of smal bumps. Failing a +1 hazard check will cost you one momentum. Plentiful item boxes.
Sect 6: Some tight corners in this section make powersliding impossible.
Sect 7: A slight downhill with -1 dash panels but no item boxes.
Sect 8: A U-bend on a banked slope. Anyone powersliding can use the angles to gain a momentum.
Sect 9: The track is diverted through a half-pipe! Everyone can take an optional hazard roll to either pass and gain two momentum and do an epic trick or fail and flip out. Also item boxes.
Sect. 10: A smooth surface to the finish. Nothing odd here. Just default ground.

Here are my calculations on the average-note that MML, capt. Falcon and dry bones still have one more segment, so this isn't final for them. Surprisingly, the highest was MML, with an average of 3.82. The lowest went to captain falcon, with an average of 3.29 per turn.

Dry Bones [4] vainly tries to keep up with the bounty hunter, gaining ONE Momentum for his efforts.

No Problem Now that the final results are in, I can give the offical average for all racers.
Crank-32 rolls, 3.75 avg
Zelda-43 rolls, 3.6 avg
Luigi-41 rolls, 3.66 avg
Capt. Falcon-33 rolls, 3.39 avg
MML-35 rolls, 3.8 avg
Dry Bones-44 rolls, 3.36 avg
So I'm going to call the most odds defying driver to Zelda-fourth highest roll average with a second place finish, and the unluckiest driver to MML- an average roll of 3.8(the highest) and he finished in 5th. I'm not entirely sure why half of the drivers have about 30 rolls, while the other half has about 40. Anyways, good race to all!

Not to burst your bubble, but Capt. Falcon's last turn's good luck was enough to push you into last. At least you can blame it on the dice!

His head hung low at the abysmal performance he gave after acquiring a sponsor. Soaking in his self pity, he almost jumped in his seat as he was brought back to the real world as he heard a pair of mechanics walk by and talk about a rumour that DB was driving an illegally modified kart before laughing. Outraged by this, DB jumped out of his seat and rushed to find the rocket executive and see if he knew how this rumor was started.
