Captain Falcon gives his vehicle the best mechanical treatment he could, by kicking the kart in the panel. He was NOT about to be showed up.

Captain Falcon follows Oomph inside, attempting to claw his way back into the lead! [3]

Spins Out (losing
ONE Momentum,) the peel takes the strangest flight path, seeming almost to curve under the wheel rim and up into the inner workings of the Kart! Things get thoroughly gummed up as the Kart emits a pleasant fruity odor,
[7] until a mild explosion at the nose of the Kart ejects the bothersome banana through the hood! The damage to the body of the Kart causes it to become
Not Aerodynamic- Grimtoad can only use the Draft action if his Momentum is higher than the racer ahead of him!
Oomph cuts to the inside, toward the river rapids and their associated Item Boxes! [3]
