How exactly does Juggernaut work, anyway?  Does it change the Ram Driver action to accept a target?  Unless you're in first or last, the person you'd be ramming is ambiguous.  If for example, you're in first and Juggernaut-ram the person behind you, are they still prevented from passing you in the pass phase?

DB sat in his seat, watching the race with cautious eyes. The talk about bananas becoming more common had definetly triggered an alarm for him. He couldn't help let out a small chuckle as one of the screens showed a racer already acquired a blue shell. (Also accept invitation if I haven't already.)
