Nah, just a camera stuck to the front of my shield.
Now take the Union's supply of scrap metal and build an awesome printing press out of it!
You missed me. Do this.
"Hey Steve, are we ever getting payed for last mission?"
Ok, on shield.
We'll assume you can make a printing press or something that at least sort of functions similarly.
As per pay, I'll let miya handle it.
Wander into the briefing room(after I make a trip to the armory to get my exo replacement, and refills on ammo and a couple extra clips with the cash from M22 I'll be receiving any moment now ) since we're gearing up for the Hep mission.
That may or may not be worth it depending on what the Heph guys decide to give you. Also I have no idea how much you're getting paid so hard to say"wiki" when there's no real data.
Get over to the briefing room. Sit around. If there will be any sort of announcement before we arrive to Heph listen to what is said.
Moving. Sitting. Waiting.
Lars looked around the tank as he woke back up. What... had happened? Had he been possessed by the spirit of Steve? "My lord Steve... was that a possession? Have I served you well?"
Talk to Steve. Pray on it. Be too injured for this upcoming mission.
>Don't tell anyone, but yes. And You did good. Sit around in the briefing room.
Safeguard the pizza for communal democratic enjoyment.
Sitting. Guarding. Pizza.
Auriel heads to the briefing room for the Heph mission.
Heading, Sitting, Etc.ing
Flint just sat there with one hand on his forehead, looking down, nodding slightly.
"Yeah... Yeah... I guess that makes sense. Still, better to be careful. That thing was the size of a container and it took out a gigantic area. If they build a bigger one... Maybe they could even use it against you... somehow. I have no idea how that technology works."
Something about Steve's statement created a thought in him, something in his subconscious trying to get his attention, but he couldn't focus on it right now, couldn't make it conscious. He left it for later, when he had time to think more clearly.
"I should go. But I'll come back to talk some more, if I have time. Goodbye. See you later." Flint said while getting up and heading towards the infirmary. He knew he could technically talk to Steve anywhere, but being near his avatar made Steve feel more human. Maybe it made Steve feel more like a human too. Hm. Something to talk to him about later.
I wonder if he fears death or merely avoids him...
Say goodbye to Steve.
Go to the infirmary. Get treated. If I'm still blind from one eye, get a cool eyepatch.
Ask them what was wrong with me and if they think the neural strengthening genemod helped.
Then stay there so I can talk to other players there.
((I'll edit some RP for Steve later. I'll probably post some RP with Lars later. Maybe other people if they are at the infirmary too.))
Don't worry, the reattach your retina. No eyepatch for you unless you want it.
It was just general g-force injuries, if you're wondering about why you got hurt after the you know what.
Staying.
"No, beyond one purchase I may make I am finished. Good fortune to you."
Possibly buy a Pimp Cane, depending on PW's answer to a PM. This'll be edited.
Then head to infirmary for both IC reasons and RP opportunities.
I don't know? All I remember getting as pms is other, more dastardly questions.
Infirmary it is.
RIP Skinsuit, you were tokens poorly spent.
Fleshy body, please! Will miss out on the Heph mission.
Flesh body it is.
do the required stuff to volunteer
I think that by making that post you just did it.
Sit and wait in the briefing room for the heph mission... in a corner far away from everyone else, and opposite the door. Sit as if everything is normal.
Ian walks into the briefing room and sees a man set a pizza down on and mention something about gods. Damn I love pizza...
Steal that pizza, and run!
"The Gods have been forsaken!"
Jobasio, still moving somewhat clumsily in his new, robotic body, bows his head solemnly to the cook as he accepts the Sacred Pizza.
"Thank you most kindly for this. The great and all-powerful Chal-thul most certainly appreciates your service."
With that, he lifts the pizza box before him, turns and walks slowly over to the briefing room. Upon arrival he raises the box above his head with all due ceremony.
"Behold, mortals," his toneless, robotic voice booms, "Behold the power of the great Pizza Demon, Chal-thul! He has granted you this most delicious of gifts as a show of His power! Feast, eat thy fill, and find yourself believers in His greasy, cheese-coated might!"
Solemnly place the Sacred Pizza down in the briefing room, either on a convenient table or in the middle of the floor.
My robo-face shall display a "" face as I am unable to partake in this bounteous feast... clearly I have displeased my master.
...Oh yeah, and take a seat for the briefing once that's done.
Edit: Should the Sacred Pizza come under attack by heathens attempting to steal it, defend it vigorously with my cutlass.
Common sense roll: 1
Job leaps up and screeches as he repeatedly cleaves into the interloper stealing his pizza.
Unfortunately the interloper is robotic and a standard bladed weapon has little effect on his metallic body.

Hey radio, would you mind paying the finished mission? If you want I can give you a pool to draw from or you can just pay them whatever you want. I'll trust you to be reasonable about it.
Follow Josabio to the briefing room. Protect/retrieve the pizza from Ian and Auron. Burninate Auron's knife via doom arm if I notice him trying to shank me with it.
"The pizza! We must protect the pizza or all is lost!"
Follow Josabio to the briefing room. Protect/retrieve the pizza from Ian.
"The pizza! We must protect the pizza or all is lost!"
charges after Ian and goes to tackle him
FOR THE PIIIIIIZZZZZZAAAAAA!
Shank everyone who is fighting over the pizza using my makeshift knives.
then walk off with the pizza.
*sigh*
People keep underestimating the doom arms. They have DOOM in their name for god sake.
Who all is in the briefing room? Can I get a list?
Look around the briefing room for Flint. Upon learning that Flint has gone to the infirmary, head there.
Sir, what happened after we were knocked out?
Ask Flint.
HEY PARIS, QUESTION FOR YA
Join NJW in protecting the pizza
Another one for the doomarms to consume it seems.
Eddie's jaw dropped. What modern military organization, especially one opposing the strongest human government to ever exist, could offer no training?
"I... I see. So you're saying that we don't need any special training to defeat elite units such as arbiters of peace, shadow walkers, urban executors, avatars, amp specialists, and even titans?"
"Okay... I think I need a drink."
Ask for a drink, and make it a strong one.
((Requesting that Eddie's -2 be moved from the Handiwork skill to General Knowledge))
Eddie decided that without training the only way to improve his skills, and have any chance of survival, was indeed "trial by fire." @Anton "Hello? Am I using this thing right? Well, if you can hear me, my name is Eddie and I'm volunteering for your mission. What's the plan for capturing this thing?"
Wiki gnomes, move his stat.
"I can give you HMRC...I guess that should be ARM standard now. But it's basically nothing but pure ethanol. You should try the bar."
Keep doing target practice till summoned to the briefing room.
Good idea not to be in there right now.
"...we're rebelling? I honestly can't complain so long as I'm no longer in the HMRC. How long was I a corpsicle?"
Ask questions, procure a blaster rifle from the armoury in preparation for the Heph. mission.
>Couple of hundred years, objective time. Subjective, only a few years. Wiki Gnomes, do your thing.
"Ah. Could you tell me more about the countermeasures? In detail, preferably."
"Furthermore, I was wondering if unlocking my physical limits via a complementary augmentation would be entirely inadvisable. Have you any comment?"
Obtain information on the countermeasures. When do they trigger and what do they do?
Also check if the medical professionals happen to know if a Limiter Unlock would be incompatible with the treatment. In fact, check if this would be true of any other augmentation either.
Once answers are received, be free! Free as a bird that you cannot change!
"It's similar to the shock implants. But stronger. Enough to catch you on fire. They'll be triggered if you go completely out of control. "
"You could do that. It shouldn't matter in terms of keeping yourself under control. It's all mental."
The thing is that most implants and mods will just be registered as "Damage" by your body and you'll mutate against them. Limiter unlock maybe not, but basically anything else that alters you, your now semi-sentient flesh won't really like.
Clothe myself, speak to wristpad:
"Hello computer. Hello computer? Hello, Computer!?"
Grumble:
"So that's how you'll play, eh?"
Tickle computer until it stops giving me the silent treatment.
Give up.
Remove clothes, slap testicles against door until it opens.
Open door, begin depth-first exploration of hallways, grid resolution 1 meter. Of candidate grid points, choose the next to be entered using a consistent but arbitrarily-chosen method with an arbitrarily-chosen maximal LFSR as RNG. Whistle a long tune as I walk, reversing the tune whenever I am backtracking, and looping if I reach either beginning or end.
Stop walking once I overflow working memory capacity, or if there are no more visitable but unvisited hallway squares.
Examine my surroundings.
Well Root, is your mind still sharp?
>Do you have brain problems? Because it seems to me you might have brain problems. We'll assume you find your way around the ship, though most of it is spent staring at the ground by the sound of it.
acquire a metal bar and whatever robots get drunk on then go to my room and lock the door. Alternate between getting drunk and testing my robot bodies bending capabilities on the bar 30º 32º...31º
if anyone knocks shout "bite my shiny metal ass"
Well, the drink is basically just an injection into the feeding port, but you get some.
As per your robot strength, the standard robot body is stronger then a man, but not super strong. So depending on the diameter of the metal bar, you might be able to bend it or not.
Your ass isn't shiny either. It's a sort of black fibrous artificial muscle. You could fix that with chrome spraypaint though.
Knock on every door I pass by, but obliviously keep walking and fail to acknowledge any response to my knocking.
>Almost positive about the brain problems now.
