Turn off kinetic amp since everything is "normal". Gesture to laser rifle. Also, go over to a table, unload civilian gauss sniper rifle and check how many rounds can fit in it.

((got the rifle in mission 8d, never checked it's ammo capacity. There's a 2/?? ammo count and it's been bothering me))

"Oh. Hm. Who is Milno?" the Chief asks. She didn't really know what most of this talk about generators or political autonomy was, or even what the UWM is. But that at least seemed like a question that would get a self-contained answer.

Potentially watch Armory Master fawn in her own way as she answers question.

Also, buy stun baton for 1 token. That'll come in handy for sure.

And a carton of bluesmokes, if it's free. And a lighter or matches as well, if those are also free.

A few minutes later the maintenance door opens and a man dressed in green coveralls and holding a laser rifle steps out.

"Alright, who is going and where do you want to go?" he asks, looking over the small, assembled group of people.

"Oh.  I see.  That's all I wanted to know bye-"
Back out the door quickly.

It appears that it could hold 7 or 8 rounds; hard to tell without actually reloading it, but thats your closest guess.

Depends on the area. Outer rim colonies need basically anything that is rare for them; minerals, usable exomaterials, etc. You might have them mining gold, if they have a use for it. Generally though it's for rare materials which aren't found elsewhere, often organically derived things. That AP mission where you grabbed various bits and bobs? Imagine that, but with a followup mission that strip mined the AP for anything that was determined to have value.

Mow 4 seconds worth of laser at the general direction of assailant. If the enemy is still alive, finish it with Kinetic Amp. ((Should be nice blast with synthflesh arms.))

These people and I - Maurice made a circle with his right, fleshy arm - would like to visit your equivalent of Rec Room to meet the crew people of the Sword and learn more about you and other areas of the ship. We would also like to have a tour of the Sword on our way there, if possible.

Just what would be reasonable for us to see, Steve. I am really curious, and I think I'm not alone on this. I hope that would not be much?

"I know it makes energy, and batteries hold energy. I am good with my hands, and good with unclear things. And these are good smokes. So I will see what I can do, if you will hand it to me?" the Chief says. She seems greatly interested in the laser rifle. She has read much about its capabilities.
