"Residual side effects? But I have to tell someone what the seven-horned, seven-eyed sheep told me about Phobetor. I hope it isn't too urgent to wait until I get out of stasis. But just invade, please take this message to Steve." Jason responds to the Doctor before looking around for a writing utensil and something to write with.

Write down a message. "Doctor injected me with something. Saw a seven-eyed, seven-horned sheep. It had a warning. 17.3 degrees, 18th radian. Danger. Cloud-covered planet will be the first contact. Phobetor, the Herald. Was wondering if Phobetor is an actual asteroid, or if I'm just losing my mind. Signed, Jason Caldwell"
Ask the Doctor to deliver the message to Steve, then go get into stasis. Don't want to be the victim of Nyars.

((Yep, Jason sounds crazy.))

"We're leaving now in those stasis pods? I just got my clothes on, fuck...Oh well. Off we headin'?"

"Yo...everyone's gettin' naked up in here."

Reluctantly reenter stasis.

Because trying to stuff Fate/Whatever's engrish and the title of a 17th century book on statecraft into Pokemon syntax tends to make the content incomprehensible.

Kyle sighs and gets into stasis. He snorts in displeasure when he sees the catgurl.

Michael spots the woman known as Simus. "Hi, I hear you can hook me up with a custom grenade launcher and a few grenades. I'd like to get an actual weapon before we leave, rather than the pissant shit they sell. Not explosive enough for me."

This fort really does sit on the event horizon of madness and catastrophe
No. I suppose there are similarities, but I'm fairly certain angry birds doesn't let me charge into a battalion of knights with a car made of circular saws.

"S'cuse you, Cheva'bais."

D'usse curses Kyle in her native tongue as she strips down, trying to hide as much of her exposure as possible.

"I'm sorry princess. I'd welcome you with open arms if you didn't make my job harder just by having extra nerves."
Kyle says in monotone as he gets in.

Kyle mutters something about her 'ass-tube'.

Claim Body Armor and a Gauss Mag, then?

Also Stasis.
((Said gauss rifle magazine only works in the civilian rifles in the newbie fund, so unless you want a civilian rifle (just weaker than a standard rifle- not too much different), you may want to return the magazine.))

Arrange my stuff in a locker, get my robot self into stasis, and enjoy the ride.

In any case it would be a battle of critical thinking and I refuse to fight an unarmed individual.

Thomas looks around the stasis room, then shrugs. Not here either. When Kyle and D'usse start fighting, he gives them a sideways glance and a half roll of the eyes.
"Stop fighting, kids."
Stasis.

Should probably send a message to Simus
Quote from: @Simus
Greetings Simus

After recently being awoken from stasis I have learned of the new position on this base opening up after the death of one Joseph Wilkes
and would like to apply for his recently vacated position. I have experience with medical technology and with auxiliary systems

Sincerely Konrad

So it was like a binary search, except the question is "Has the input been brutally murdered?", and it only ever returns True.

Chase away the grounded folk.

Enter stasis.

Clearly running multiple missions at the same time is a terrible idea.  The epic battle to see which team can cock it up worse has escalated again.

And Larry kinda gets blueballed in all this; just left with a raging bone spear and no where to put it.

"Woah, new people.  I just keep missing stuff."
