((OK so question for Radio and Pancaek. Will STEPHEN HAWKING get access to the pill machine after you confiscate it? Considering he is literally the only person to have suggested a practical, not completely retarded use for it so far :P))
((I'm not sure what I'll have Miya do with the pill machine after he's done questioning Grate. If GWG really wants it back I may just give it back ,though that would make no sense whatsoever IC. And giving it back to Stacy would be weird too, since he gave that thing to a damn child after all. Maybe he'll just hang onto it and loan it out to people when they want to experiment, but with some ground rules laid out first. I dunno, I'm a bit torn between doing the logical thing IC and not screwing players over OOC.))

((You could leave it here on Hephaestus. Speaking of, I'm fairly sure that I've decided to stay. Anyone want to join me?))
((Given the chance Joseph would join))

So it was like a binary search, except the question is "Has the input been brutally murdered?", and it only ever returns True.

((As a side note, IC-wise, Simus won't be wanting any manipulator or amp users staying, if she gets any say in that decision. Just based off of recent circumstances. She didn't like them all that much already, but with what happened with Grate, you might get a flat no. Depends on how you sell it, and she's a very hard sell.))

((STEPHEN HAWKING will go wherever Grate goes. As far as he is concerned Grate effectively has a quantum piece of him. In STEPHEN HAWKINGs mind that makes Grate his full-on son.))

((He basically is your son now, even out of your mind- you made the current him, basically, after all.))

((And Denzel might consider staying, but he doesn't have too much reason too, being as combat-oriented as he is. Maybe as a bodyguard? Or maybe he could just stay on the sword and telecommute for engineering purposes.))

((Whew, just finished reading all the posts that happened in two days I was offline. Speaking of which, my internet availability is going to be quite sporadic for several days, unfortunately. Good thing the original mini-missions went down the sink, I guess.
@GM Did they, really? What is about Jack, is he now lost forever, or will we still launch the rescue mission?

On topic of staying on Hephaestus: Maurice certainly still longs for peaceful days of his retirement, yet the highly-industrialised landscape of the planet doesn't really appeal to him. Sure, green domes and parks are likely available, yet he'd rather wait for a chance of settling on a more rural planet. That and staying with the 'Corps for the moment. That said, he'd be very eager to keep in touch with Simus and do joint research and tinkering from aboard the Paracelsus's Sword.
Oh, and, quite predictably, I support the creation of the Engineering Corps (esp. including the medical branch). Go tinker addicts! ))

Go bug-flesh-abomination hunting, the Instrument and the twitch-star in hand. Make sure to suit up before that, though.

((Technically, Morul hasn't received any orders saying to stop escorting Simus.))

((I think those were assumed to be dissolved upon the dissolution of the command they were formed under. There can be no ontological inertia when the force providing it falls, yeah? Either way, no overt flags that would make Simus reject you if she gets the choice in who stays with her.

((STEPHEN HAWKING will go wherever Grate goes. As far as he is concerned Grate effectively has a quantum piece of him. In STEPHEN HAWKINGs mind that makes Grate his full-on son.))

Nein. HAWKING trips the, 'absolutely fucking insane' flag, and that's a major discriminator. And Grate alone is still fairly iffy, considering recent events.

((And Denzel might consider staying, but he doesn't have too much reason too, being as combat-oriented as he is. Maybe as a bodyguard? Or maybe he could just stay on the sword and telecommute for engineering purposes.))

I have to admit... even OOC, I don't know enough about Denzel to make a judgement. I will likely want to hire someone as a Head of Security-type position, though. And if you want to stay on the Sword and telecommute, that's fine by me, though PW might take issue - he's already said I can't do the same. Then again, much different positions between Tinkerer and Administrator.

((On topic of staying on Hephaestus: Maurice certainly still longs for peaceful days of his retirement, yet the highly-industrialized landscape of the planet doesn't really appeal to him. As I said with Doom, it's PW's choice whether or not you're allowed to explicitly work with me from the Sword. Simus would be pleased that there would be someone she somewhat trusts if Maurice were to stay, though, and PW intimated that we would probably return to the Sword at some point anyways.

Anyways, I don't even know if PW will even let too many people hang back with me, nor if he will let me decide, or even have a voice in, who does.))

((From his context, it sounds like you might get one additional person.  Something like "head of security" would almost certainly be abstracted away- if the Doc can grow you some Sods, what else do you need for security?))

((It was renamed because of these reasons, among others.  Since they're overthrowing the old government, we don't want to be seen as deranged psychopaths, appropriate as that may be.

Steve, the computer with the green accent is in charge.))
