Has there been any speculation on why the AM is so damn good with amps? I mean, if she went on 27 missions and poured every skill point into Exo and every stat point into Will, she'd have a +28 2/3 to Exo and a +31 to Will, but I've heard that she's some sort of godlike figure. Is this true or...?))
((She's probably not fully human at this point, too much raw power into one single being for that. Maybe she's linked to the Doc in that respect, though he was already there when she enlisted. Heh, maybe she's one of his more subtle experiments gone horribly right.
I mean, the Amp Specialist wasn't this powerful, and he was geared solely towards using amps and nothing else. I dunno, she seems a bit like a Mary Sue at this point, in that she hasn't really shown any kind of weakness or flaw I think. Maybe a bit vengeful, but then again, if convicted criminals are trying to 'get a peek' so to speak, who wouldn't be?))

The Hephaestus government is unavailable for comment and is presumed to be busy containing this mess. More at 11."
((BREAKING NEWS: somehow the convicted criminals of the infamous penal organisation HMRC are reported to have taken control of an important part of the UWM's administrative body, and have already begun to stage massed attacks on industrial, military and civilian targets. Though reports are vague at this point, it seems this was accompanied by severe Class III Anomalous Events. More on this as it develops. Be sure to catch our special episode of 'Hell is other People' which will focus on the various atrocities the HMRC has committed over the years, including leveling crowded cities, gleeful destruction of property and the genocide of alien species. And now Mary with the weather.))

In this case: mission 1. Not that the public should know about this particular mission, but eh, it probably happened before.))

((piecewise mentioned both the Doc and the AM have reasons to be as they are and it was already implied the latter also isn't exactly human. In all honesty, it seems she was born a normal human being and turned into whatever she is now after joining the HMRC.))

It's just...disgusting to see the idea form into a stable theory like this.
Also I guess I really can't catch up given the # of OOC [though good OOC] at the moment. Still lying on that 'please PM me note'..no matter how shameful it is of me. <_<))

((This is mostly going from the idea that, given the setting, she seems too powerful compared to other entities to still be 100% unaltered human. That's why I gave the example of the AMP Specialst: that person spend years training to become good with amps, had his whole body specifically altered to specifically accommodate his role of using amps and nothing else.
So, seeing how the AM is vastly more powerful than him while not having gone through such extensive modifications, I think it's safe to assume she didn't just get this kind of power by virtue of doing many missions (and thus many level-ups).
Mind you, I could certainly be very wrong, that's just how it looks like to me.))

What happens is you move a few inches , the scales clink together, and it produces an exponential ripple effect that ends with you being atomized and a handful of unexploded kinetic amps being shot off into the upper mesosphere.
((That is hilarious. I had trouble not laughing loudly, but managed to restrain myself to an extended giggle. At least, that's the best thing I can call it. I have a weird spectrum of laughter.))

"Such wanton cruelty to such powerful devices! How terrible!"

Dance over to the Rec Room if I'm not there already, turn on the TV. Check what's up with the galaxy today.

Assuming I still have control over Grate, avoid destroying anything.

Also, if possible, be able to say some last words.
Those would be nice, if they're possible.

Avoid destroying anything!?

Just fly up into space or something!

It is encrusted with sharkmist and HMRC. On the item is an image of HMRC and Pancaek. Pancaek is laughing. The HMRC is melting. The artwork relates to the encasing of the HMRC in metal by Pancaek during the Mission of Many People.))
