Lars picks himself up off the floor, still clutching the book like a mother clutches her child.  This is clearly a dangerous divine being- even reading about him is enough to cause death and destruction.  He'd have to be careful invoking him... though he is clearly very effective.

He sits back down, requests the others be quiet, and resumes reading.

Yes, I'm OK. I did not intend to blow up the ship. And yes, it had to do with Travis. I'm sending you the video recorded from my cameras of what happened.

Attachment: (video of Travis walking into the room, looking around until he looks directly at the camera, then kneeling down and talking to his bot, a finger pointing at the camera. The bot then shuffles position until its facing the camera and Travis walks away. A few seconds later there's a large explosion and the video cuts out.

@Piecewise: When Jim reached the medical bay, he flagged down a doctor. "Collateral damage here. There's not really enough left of her to be worth saving the original parts... not that she has many original parts left anyway from the looks of it. Put her brain in a platform like mine, but... make it a little more feminine, if possible. I do have the arms, but I'd prefer it if there were other ways to tell us apart at first glance."

(@Pyro: Yeah, things are going to be awkward, but at least Jim's going to stick around the medical area until he gets a chance to talk to Simus.)
