Extend the blade out to 2.75 feet. Take a practice swing or two in VR. Does it handle like a well-balanced blade, or is it heftier on one end?

((Guninanrunin: I assumed the fight was over because I didn't spot your post. My bad.))
((S'cool. I didn't want to punch your lungs out anyway))

Look for any creature resembling zombies in the VR database
Define zombie criteria. Do 28 days living zombies work?

Handle is a bit heavy because of the generator and electronics, but only a tiny bit.

(Wait, what?  Why?)
(Well, a couple reasons. First I'm cutting down on prototypes, just giving them for very useful or unique things. Second, basically all your thing is is a dart gun with darts full of crushed up drugs. It's not exactly unique or immensely useful. But don't feel too bad about it, a dart gun and darts are like 1 token, so you can just make it yourself. )

(I suppose I could, but who would want to buy something like that? :\ Even if I was still human it's a little... kind of meh-ish.)
Next time you may want to try specifying the signs, colors and shapes you want. If you can make some more money that is.

"Well, that was... unusual."
Timmy sits still for a few moments.
"Moving on, then. Hey, people! Would any of you like to participate in an experiment?"
Find someone and approach them. Pull out the Magic Knife of Blood and Unholy Terror. Ask them what they see.

[will:1]
You stare at the tv, unblinking. Yeah, you'll do that in...a..minute...

Hmm armory master seems to be gone somewhere. Now where else are you gonna get thumbtacks...

Alright. Here's the roster for the next mission with the randomly selected 10th member

Jack (tavik)
Karen (Taricus)
Roger (draxis)
Timmy (harry)
Miaymoto (radio)
Leon (Mensor)
Havel (Guninanrunin)
Denzel (doom blade)
Pancaek (Pancaek)
Bishop (Zako)

It looks like the mission is wrapping up so gird your loins, write your wills, get anything you need to get and get to the briefing room.

(Might as well give it a shot, I guess. I wonder if the Doc would buy it for science purposes?)

Jim wandered back to the rec room to hock his newest ware, with the specification he was selling it for three tokens.

((Being shipped out with the newbies... Only the RNG can help Bishop now. Hopefully the AM comes back soon cause I want to sell some stuff.))

Seeing that Timmy is trapped by soap opera, save the idiot by turning the tv off and rolling my eyes at him afterward. Then go to the armory and check what gear I have and how many tokens I have.

Try and find some party supplies, then head down to wherever it is the returning survivors arrive.  Arrange a big welcoming party.

"Aaah, that was fun. Time to relax." Lukas ends the VR session and moves his metal ass to the couch (or what is left of it). Lukas takes the remote and flips through the channels until he finds a cooking program.

Add a tuny bit of weight to the tip, and save it as "mono-atomic sword". Then leave VR and go to the briefing room.

Once the TV gets turned off, pester Bishop. Show him the Mkobaut (Magic Knife of Blood and Unholy Terror), ask him what he sees.
"Hey, I was watching that! Carlotta was about to regurgitate her alien parasite into Dr. Sandoval's mouth! They've been building up to that for several seasons, it was the big will they won't they question of the series! I... uh... I... where am I?"
Timmy stares blankly into space for a while, as is his custom.
"Oh, I remember! Hey, Mr. Snuggles! Check out this cool knife I got! Well, less of a knife and more of a sword, I guess. But check it out! What do you think? Looks cool, eh?"

I believe the next mission will be fun.

Personal request: Can anyone fill me in with a short [or long] summary on what just occurred past my death? Because that would be really nice ^^))

((On mission:
Milno: uninjured, snarky, not entirely incompetent.
Travis: wisely stayed away from rest and remained uninjured.
May: weird.
Charro: paste.
Everyone else on mission: maimed horribly, but alive. Except for Thomas and Feyri, that is. They're pretty dead.
Treasure: funny rocks and decidedly humorless soil and air samples (not sure about noisy-stick).
Camera: broken, data intact (Most Valuable Object).
Lighteaters: doin' their own Lighteater thang. Mostly unharmed.
Wyrm: parked.
Lost Citadel: mostly unexplored due to insane danger.

On ship:
Cloud: first off-mission casualty.
Leon: making the most expensive robots ever.
Mesk: tinkering. Also can epically regenerate.
Jack: amusing himself in VR.
Denzel: fought a dummy and lost about fifty times. Tinkering now.
Timmy: magical! Also a couch potato.
Havel: beating people up, getting himself beaten up, making arts and crafts.
Pancaek: inventing a thermite flamethrower.
Cog: got armored. Wants to get an integrated spacesuit.
Bishop: learned Doc-Fu.
Grunhill: researching swords and stuff.
Karen: took part in mass combat. HAS A BOMB.
Jim: disappointed in horrible waste of tokens. Almost out of swords.
Roger: he fought Havel, and Havel won. Sideways nose obtained.
Miyamoto: dug too deep, is now banned from VR. Bear trap face obtained.
Lukas: up, about and deadly.
Kinetic Amplifier Nunchucks: a terrible fucking idea.
Field Manipulation Technology: forbidden and mystical.
That's most of what happened, I think.))
