Bishop pointed at Timmy with a serious look on his face, unamused.
"Don't. Don't even think about it. I will rip you a new one if you try."
Leave, making sure not to touch this potentially infectious strange man, and go find Mesk. Take the insignia's on those for my own and compare them to the one I have.
You keep hold of the packaging with one hand while continuing to point at Timmy, strafing around the room like an accusatory crab, until you sprint out of the room and off to find Mesk. When you find him he appears to be partially comatose, sitting on his bed with a rather pathetic face.
"Hey mesk. Hey?" You wave your hand in front of his face, "I'm gonna take this packaging ok?" You say while pointing at the capsule on his bed. He doesn't reply so you just grab the packaging. Hmm Timmy's is a gold heptagon with a vertical line while Mesk's is a purple square with a horizontal line through it. Hmm, but you're not really sure what he got in it.
Get my suit from the locker and paint "TIMMY" on it (EDIT: the chest area) in large friendly letters (multicolored!). Under my name, paint a regular heptagon with a vertical line through it.
"Big Tim always told me not to think too much. He said I'm not very good at it. What do you mean, anyway? If you think I'll try magic on you, don't worry. You're on the 'friend' list, not the 'kill' list."
Well, that was odd. You leave the Barracks and head to the hanger, getting your suit from the locker with your name on it before sitting down next to a parked shuttle. [handi:1] You paint "LIBBLE THIMY" and a irregular pentagon with a diagonal line on it straight across your faceplate.
Raise hands in air and shout.
"YEAH!!"
((How on earth is my character so well?))
(Avatar of war is a hell of a machine.)
You raise your enormous synth-flesh arms to the sky and roar out a battle cry.
Roger sets the rifle aside and opens up the emergency kit, checking the contents and organising them to make sure he can what he wants quickly.
You push the rifle aside and lay the emergency kit on the table. It's a metal box about the size of a lunch box, painted white with a red plus symbol on one side. You undo the clasps and open it. The contents are mostly standard first aid stuff: Gauze, bandages, a stick of stitch glue, adjustable metal things for making splints and the like, everything you need to take care of minor wounds. It all seems fairly neatly packed as it is so you leave it be.
((Very good- thank you.))
Lars pondered this. Moving too much food around would make it obvious that something was up, especially since the workers were already spooked. Blocking the exit was pretty much out, since there was too much space to cover. Boarding it up would both take too long and be extremely obvious. All that could be done was to change things to his advantage and wait.
Move most of the obvious stashes of food back toward the back corners. Leave a couple piles that were visible from the front where they were. Find a spot hidden from view from the front that could cover, and allow ambush.
Something like:
------------|
| A |
|-- |
# ----FF|
# -----F|
# F-----|
# F-----|
# ----FF|
------------|
# Broken glass entrance
F Food
A Ambush point
-| Walls/barriers/shelves/any obstructions
Get what I mean?
You gather up the food an armful at a time and transfer it around, moving most of it to the back of the shop and setting it out in a way that, you hope, looks random. That done, you move the remainder of the plastic cubes up to the front of the store and array them in a tasteful manner near the center of the store, easily spotted by any poor, hungry fool that would come looking. Then you head over to one of the checkout stands on the far side of the shop and huddle down behind it, hidden from view. Now it's just a waiting game.
