Do this, but head to any briefings I'm made aware of afterwards.
Make sure the cocktail has a tiny umbrella in it, otherwise throw it back in the bartender's face.

Flint received Xan's corpse from Kai, looking at it with curiosity and concern for a few seconds (not that anybody could see them through Gilgamesh) before putting him over his shoulder and handing Kai his tokens.
"Well done, monseigneur Pilot. Here's your reward, as promised. You shall bear witness the results of your accomplishments soon. Now I need to get this to the infirmary before it goes stale, hehe." he joked as he turned around and walked away. He paused for a second and added "You did a good thing. Really. Remember that."

Deliver Xan to the infirmary.
Can I stay there? If not, can I be notified when he wakes up? I wanna see what happens and maybe talk to him a bit. (Unless, of course, the nurses inform me that I really don't want to know what happens.)

Go to the infirmary to get a cast on my broken leg. Refuse amputation if offered. Yes, I know that might leave me out of the next mission set.
Afterwards, head to the briefing room. Request IC info of what Xan did while I was away, and what Flint is having done to him. Not gonna forbid it, I'd just like to know IC in advance.

Remind universe that most of the people returning from on mission haven't set room numbers or passwords, yet.

Wake up from lurking to avoid injury napping, stumble out of the shuttle and into the briefing room.

After giving his team the kind of debriefing he'd rather never have and starting the outlines of a virtual training course for potential idiots volunteers, Milno acquired some paint, ensconced himself in his room and got out of his MkIII. On the neck armor, the area that was likely to have the best protection of his suit, he drew a single, stylized white skull. After some more thought, he added another one, leaning in the diagonal, while grumbling something. The work done, he then once again donned his suit and left his room.

Milno starts going across the records of people recently spat from stasis and also the last missions' recordings - except M19, he knows all too well how that went - as he notices the current cycle of missions seems to be nearing its end with the incoming arrival of the rest of the shuttles. He also heads to the briefing room to know just how badly everyone fucked things up this time.
