Rae pushed the comm on her visor closer, just to be sure the Captain heard her. His voice was everywhere.

"Captain, won't we want to go closer to their ship? Capturing and salvaging enemy ships sounds like a great idea, after our missiles hit. Probably, the trajectory would disable most sensors and weaponry systems, before any reinforcements can arrive.

And, on that note, can our boarding crews take command over any enemy ships when they get in control?"

She had faith in the Marine Commander and in her Captain.

Hold Ship Position.

Align the Missile bays towards the TC Achilles or any enemy ships that Rezavres points out.

The captain answered.
"I want to destroy the ship before closing in. I do not want to move us towards the enemy at the moment because that would make easier for their Conglomerate Bombers to attack our hull, hence the Haymaker midway between our vessel and the enemy. From this distance we can also benefit from the missiles' longer range over their dissipating laser."

Sector C 27: Aboard the Godsplitter

Rezavres Ethedel
Location:Missile batteries

You open the missiles remote control system, and try to manually restart the targetting systems of the stray misseles. One of the missiles takes the bait, while the other continues on it's faulty trajectory. It seems that this last missile will miss the target now, unless you take action again. After that you brief the other crewmembers on your intent during this mission. You do remember that the point defenses would need to be shut down manually. However you doubt that the enemy will try to land amidst the point defenses while it would be much easier to front of the ship, which doesn't have any point defenses at all.

Arrod Werin
Location: Haymaker Modular bomber

You continue on your current trajectory, watching the missiles cruise towards the advancing frigate, which seems to be rather relaxed about it, almost as if they are expecting the missiles to be fakes.

Sai'oda Fresa
Location: Front section(+1 attack bonus to defender/ +1 armor bonus to defender)

You push the useless crewmembers aside and set to work yourself. After a while you have made yourself some decent fortifications.

Raelin Tal'dir
Location: Bridge

You hold the ship at it's current position, before realigning the ship so that the missile bays are once more perfectly aimed at the enemy. (+2 to missile launching rolls). It's then that you notice you're being hailed by the enemy ship. You accept it and switch him to the holoscreen. You can see the Achilles's captain. He says:"As per compagny regulations A4B8T5, section 7a, concerning the illegal capture and use of a civilian vessel and Compagny regulations A3D6Q8 Section 3 concerning the authority of Compagny ships in Conglomerate space, you're now under arrest. Please shutdown your weapons and power down all non essential systems and await our boarding team."

Jack Dendy
Location: Section 1/Deck 2(+1 attack bonus to defender/ +1 armor bonus to defender)

You lock down the section you're currently in, leaving only 2 or 3 entrances. Opening the doors again will take some time though. You also take time to recall the official safety procedure in the case of a hull breach. In case of a hull breach the damaged room or corridor will be locked down immediatly, safing the largest part of the sector from vacuumization. If the doors refuse to function or don't function properly, the section must be abandonned and the blast doors closed.

TC Achilles

The Achilles ignores the missiles, and instead fires 2 shots at the Godsplitter.(39% hits chance, 2 hits). Alarms go off in the ship as the shield soaks up damage, followed by the following computer announcement: "Warning, shields at 90 %." This is followed by another message from to the bridge:"That was a warning shot, deactivate your weapons and await arrest. Our security forces will arrive to arrest you shortly"

Rae subtly moved her hand to a nearby control button and shifted it slightly towards the left. The viewscreen became blurry, just enough to fake a mistake in transmission, she would excuse the notion to a solar flare or more practically, the debris from the station earlier.

Using this, the Telerin presses her hand to her comm, forwarding the visual recording to every crewmember on board before shifting the link to Rezavres, "Commander, I think they're underestimating us. Should we continue at the same rate or engage in diplomacy?"

Sai'oda heard the familiar liquid noise of some weapon impacting the shields echo through the ships-what she didn't hear, was the slight metallic ring of a straining shield generator afterward, nor smell the tang of burned out power conduits. Which was good. A lifetime of not being on the bridge while a battle raged, had sharpened her senses to how much a ship was damaged, even if she didn't have a readout in front of her.

She radioed the captain.

"Heavy Barricades in place in the Front section and bridge. We're about as ready as we ever going to be. All in all, though, I'd prefer not to let them try. Orders?"

Rezavres sighed and once again focused on fixing the missile trajectory towards the enemy. Maybe he had went overboard. If those missiles hit squarely, they would have to loot the wanted equipment amidst scrap metal.
"Helmswoman, please tell them to surrender immediately. Failure to comply will result in death."

The captain turned towards the Security channel.
"Security Team, just stay put and try to prevent the newbies from doing anything stupid."

Issue Ultimatum.

Raelin nodded fervently at the order, it was time to make use of her social aspects. She turned the same button again and reverted it back to it's original state. The viewscreen came back to normal, with it's Captain staring right back through the holoscreen. She smirked.

"The is the helmswoman of the ship, your order has been denied by our Captain. However, we are not strangers to the law and therefore we request you and your ship, along with any crew on board to surrender immediately in accordance with interstellar code D1I2E3, section 13, concerning the self-preservation instinct of the receiving Captain's crewmembers.

"We eagerly await your reply within the next five or so Earth minutes. Silence is not an option."

Arrod sits ready, waiting to see the enemy ships approaching. "Captain, I would advise you to falsify a surrender message.".

"Captain, I would advise you to falsify a surrender message.".
"If they survive our salvoes of missiles, then I shall order a false surrender message to be sent. I will, however, demand their captain to be part of the boarding team, so I may slay him in front of his subordinates along with anyone who dare oppose me, and thus break their will. For now we wait."

Sector C 27: Aboard the Godsplitter

Rezavres Ethedel
Location:Missile batteries

You try to fix the missiles trajectories. The Barracuda missile begins to turn slowly towards the Achilles and regains it's lock.

Arrod Werin
Location: Haymaker Modular bomber

You await the impact of the missiles, watching the show with interest. You also grip the control and prepare yourself when you see the Achilles launching all five of it's docked craft. It looks like there are 2 boarding ships and 3 escorting fighters.

Sai'oda Fresa
Location: Front section(+1 attack bonus to defender/ +1 armor bonus to defender)

You order your security team to take up their positions, making sure they are standing at the right side of the shields and not holding their guns the wrong way around. The Godsplitter seems to be holding quite wel under the enemies barrage.

Raelin Tal'dir
Location: Bridge

You deliver the ultimatum. Their captain is not impressed , at all. He laughs loudly before explaining: Citing Interstellar code: D1I2E3 section 13: The following hygienic rules apply for any foodproducing bussines outside Planetary orbit...  His crew doesn't seem to be expressed either, though some are grumbling about the bad quality of the  food.

Jack Dendy
Location: Section 1/Deck 2(+1 attack bonus to defender/ +1 armor bonus to defender)

You wait.

TC Achilles
(-10% accuracy on Laser 1) (1 turn)
(Radar array damaged, No communications) (2 turns)

The Achilles fires it's weapons again. (Acc: 50-5+10=55) One of the shots misses but the other one hits. It then deploys it's fighters and boarding vessels, before attempting a final evasion manoever at the miselles, which follow perfectly. (7,0,13,10,12,7) The shields goes down without a problem. The point defenses fire, taking down one missile and damaging another. The remaining six missiles fly through the schrappnel as 2 more missiles are taken down.(0;1;3;2;3;4)Ultimately 3 Baracuddas and 1 cracker reach the hull. The Barracudas hit first, and everyone is a bit disappointed when they turn out to be duts, doing minimal damage, but then the  Cracker strikes, obliterating the ships armor  and flying all the way through.(0,0,4,46).

Now that their shields are down you can clearly see the ships internals and are able to follow the missile on it's way through the ship. You can see it damaging the Laser targetting algoritms, continuing through the radar and comms array, missing the bridge by only a few inches and then hitting the other laser on it's way out, without repercussions this time. You can also see that the ship has been preparing it's jumpdrives.
(Note, I think I'm going to modify the internal damage rolls a bit).

Raelin discreetly pressed the button again, the cause would obviously be due to the missile impact, which she'd heard through her Aural-Visual link. Strangely, there was actually an Interstellar code on D1I2E3 section 13, and she thought she made it up.

"Captain, orders?"

Rezavres sighed. The enemies were certainly stubborn, and soon enough he would have his face seen by them. He was not too excited in having posterior biometric image analysis identify him as the traitor, pressing him into adopting a disguise for the moment and a persona for as long as he lived.

His metal-reinforced gloves rummaged through the inner pockets of his semi-duster officer coat until the sharpened metal tips reached something. It was a bulletproof gas mask which was the rest of the "light-armor" type officer's coat he had commissioned, but the captain was not interested. "Too cliché." Once more his hands ran through the inner part of his longcoat until he found what he had looking for: A mask.

It was a simple facemask colored a very light beige, standing out only because of the simple smile etched into part of its surface, the eyes of the stylized smiling face with small holes to allow the wearer to see the world beyond. Rez ran his coat's sleeve over its surface before strapping it to his head and repositioning his officer cap.

His father used that mask to distract him from the pain of slavery. Now every single time his enemies confronted him, the last thing they would see would be a bright smile.

"Helmswoman, request their immediate surrender, for their entrails are wide open and we have more missiles from where those came from. If their captain values his life, that is.
If they refuse, them tell we can not bluff anymore and we are the ones willing to surrender. Request their fighters to be docked and their captain to be part of the boarding party, and add that I want to talk to him and his officials inside the bridge of the Godsplitter. If they accept, I want the common personnel to hide and anyone who can use a weapon properly to join me on the bridge, for they underestimated us too much for too long.
If they refuse both propositions, the Haymaker pilot must take the bombers down, firing all missiles against one of them, while I shall be the one sending a hail of missiles against their main ship. Full speed on reverse and keep our ship in firing position.
Today blood shall be spilt, one way or another."

Rezavres prepared to follow suit to his orders. If they refused both propositions, he would fire two Barracudas and one 'Cracker' against the Corvette's bridge, unleashing all the fury of the remaining five Barracudas on one of the incoming Conglomerate Bombers, aiming for their large missile storage under the armor.
