((Are conventional tactics alright? Do flanking, focusing fire, suppressive fire, missile blast radius in groups...have any effect? Or is space 3-D, unlike land and sea battles which we are accustomed to?))

//No, all these don't yield any bonuses in combat. And the space map is 'flat' because with 3D I would have a lot of problems maintaining the tactical stuff.

Move to L11 (or something next to it :P), fire Heavy Laser at Drone III if it's in range. Or whatever I can hit, anyways.

If in range: Fire everything! (Shell/Missiles only. That laser rifle will not see much use.)

If not in range: Move diagonally one space (left+up) to K9.

Tsuchi takes notice of Kira.

Erava curses the lack of any decent long-range weapons on the mech and moves up to J9, firing on the drone with the Laser.
