In previous turns there was one hit that managed to hit whilst at 'wrong hit chance', so Dylan's shields and hull were restored by 30 and 31 points respectively this turn. Also forgot that Vetan launcher uses 2 ammo per shot, so fix'd amount this turn as well. Sorreh D:!
