some stat about the automotive sector:
http://www.ratjoy.com/eos/pedia-product-stats-cat.php?cat_id=15

Means we should make vans?

Actually, looking at the numbers/Q, the vehicles we're making cost more than buying it straight off imports. Maybe we should move to reselling imports and manufacturing car parts.

we can make a Q17 car at 69k, while a Q15 car import costs 95k, so we're better off producing our stuff, with the limitation that store can sell only so much stuff per type so we're actually better off not committing too much

that said, building body requires a huge upfront investment; at any rate, now we've made quite some money on wheels and import resale, so we can afford brancing to body production and/or steel production (right now it costs 200$ while it should cost less than 30$ to produce, and we'll need a heap)

looking at the figures, our higest margin is on turning an import body into a complete car - at the moment.

sorry but it looks like that dariush came first for that job   :-\

I don't really care how many we are, but I don't want to dilute jobs too much for current players.

edit: even if I have to had that our factories are a bit under utilized right now. if the other factory manager say's they're ok, you're in - or you can always take one of the retail manager position that seems nobody wants  :P

I don't know how to do retail, I just run a chemical/natural gas/electricity/gasoline company that seems to make fairly easy money via B2B

Hey all,

Retail Sales Manager BallC here.

Can the purchasing folks make sure we're stocked for more than a tick's worth of sales for each good to ensure we don't ever run out of stock? Everytime we run out of stock, I have to go reset prices or else the stuff doesn't sell.

Thanks!

Is there any way I can completely or partially turn my company into a pseudo-subsidiary of this one? I've got a fair amount of capital, and the factories I have are potentially useful in the supply chain.
