And about that ending, will the player RP it out alone or will there be at least, an official ending?

Only once you meet someone in the game and discover their identity.

Just to break the news to you, Archer classes are usually insensitive jerks and are highly probable to pursue their own agenda, hence the "Independent Action" ability.

From all the servants, the one who is usually more honor-bound and follows chivalry is Saber.

Well. I bet in Assassin, Lancer or Rider, in that order. Can't see you going in with Berserker or Caster, since Caster is a chessmaster and Berserkers are basically batshit insane, meaning they are unable to speak.

I would have more in common with a caster/berserker if I'm reading this right.

My thing is usually large scale indiscriminate magical destruction.

Yeah, I also considered Berserker, but the class is notoriously unmagical and can end up killing their summoner. So if you want to take risks and end up with a class based on physical attacks...
