While Jade Quarry has a higher population, Ehmry Bay is considered a high population server. If you wanted to join the Bay 12 guild you can see what the population is like when you get online and decide if it's enough people. You'll be able to do a free server transfer is you aren't happy with the number of people within the first few days.

Yeah, that's true. I'll probably jump around a little if they have free server transfers for a few days just to see what I like. Sea of Sorrows is apparently the unofficial oceanic guild so I might roll there since that coincides with my playtime. It might make WvW kind of lame though since we'll lose everything during the day and cap everything at night...

I think that would only be the preorder key. The 3 day head start that starts tonight is for prepurchases only. You'd have to pay the full amount to play now.

...This bites. I have to redownload it. For whatever reason when I opened it it started downloading the whole thing again. My internet isn't terrible, but I doubt I'll be in before the standard launch time thanks to the file size.

Oh well. I'll try and have everything set up as soon as possible. If there is a bit of a delay I apologize. I should have opened it before work.

for those that dont know...servers are up, jade quarry looks like it will be full at midnight, in terms of population, the original choice of ehmry bay is ranked 4th and still at low pop(vs jade quarry being at high pop right now), so i'm going to stick with ehmry bay, see you in game

the servers seem to be experiencing...lag...putting it lightly...but hey its expected when thousands upon thousands log in at once...hopefully it settles soon
