It's certainly more enjoyable then another recreation of the Battle of Hoth, or something similar to Jedi Knight: Dark Forces. I think it's quite a fresh take on something that tends to have a bit too much of the same.

I find your lack of funk, disturbing. :P

I don't care if that finally kills star wars. I am laughing far to hard to care. The characters mixed with the dance move names and I actually kind of want to get the game just because of how absolutely ridiculous it is

Palpatine should really have busted out thriller though. That would have made it the best dancing i've ever seen.

this actually is far better than the kinect counterpart to the "serious" thing. the one with the unusable kinect movements for the lightsaber; at least this one seems fun and responsive to commands.

This is great. I'd honestly like more 'silly' stuff like this. Too many games take themselves too seriously.

As pointed out before, Empire Today is just amazing. I laughed through the entire thing.

After that, despite massive budgets and lots of hard work, we got.. Well stuff that ranged from awful to 'ok' for the most part (with the exception of stuff that deviated from the standard universe, like KOtOR).

Ah, man... KOtOR II was one of my favorite games, period. Wish they'd made a fitting sequel.

Meh, if a fan or someone else did the dancing thing, it would be praised and laughed at. But since LucasArts did it, it is seen as complete disrespect.

To me, Star Wars has only 3 films. And a classically animated CN show. And legos. definetly legos.

The irony is that all the amused/hate/shock reactions to this thing is precisely what is going to make them create an actual game out of it. This is going to be as big as the Guitar Hero series. It'd work out if were dancing to anime or Disney characters, but most likely it'll be about popular serious characters like Jason and Aliens and Conan and Mad Max.

This is hillarious.

I want to shake the hand of the person who came with the idea for Lego Star Wars: The Video Game.

And yet the dancing section alone is possibly one of the better non-bioware star wars games....

Plus let's face it, the emperor has got da moves...

If the empire had won the war, this game would be canon for the events afterwards.

Unless of course they don't fit properly and your feet blister up like bubble wrap.
Oh ho ho, but don't try to return the shoes, because they won't take them back once you've worn them.
Especially if that fat pig Tony is at the desk.

So I present to you all a game.

And all you need to know about it is:

THIS IS WHAT KILLED STAR WARS.

Lol thats awesome, I agree with one of the youtubers comments, thats way preferable to Anakin and the "New Age" prequal shit they tried making

Infact I hate dancing, but I would have maybe gladly made an ass of myself with this game =)

Also minus the "MY CHILD IS CUTE" meme that runs through much of this, I found this pretty hilarious:

http://www.starwarsuncut.com/

The entire original movie re-done by fans in 30 second mashed up clips. Some of the CGI is great... at one point someone does a scene as an adventure game, had me laughing so hard i died.

http://www.starwarsuncut.com/#/scene/113/7381 <-This is one of the better scenes
