whilst I don't have an exact copy of it, my dad recieved one about a person being stuck on the ISS for 11 years, and they needed $6 billion to get them down from it. They were apparantly a stowaway

right, one person, stuck on the ISS, no news about it or anything, no contacting nasa for this funding.
