What exactly can my henchman do? Can I have him help the minions plotting?

Henchmen can do anything.They are best at the jobs that were most unique to them, when they were promoted. They will improve as you assign them to tasks.

Also, this week seems kinda light for me, I'll see if Icant get the turn out by thursday.

In the event of insufficient resources, you dont get the  copy of the device on unlock. Since you only had 15, yeah..No.

According to my notes from last game, Techs promote in 2 ways. into Saboteurs, and Engineers. Engineers do construction faster (counting for..4 M/W), and Saboteurs do exceptional work at mayhem, and have the Sabotage job.

Sabotage missions are used to damage or destroy rooms/upgrades in EG bases, or cripple the Forces of Justice.

Welllll their most unique job is Mayhem. Apart from that, I hate to reveal the inner workings of my system.
