Haha, complete failure on my part. Completely forgot tabs existed for the purpose of that screenshot.
Also, downloading it worked. The problem has been pretty much resolved so I'm removing the screenshot.

Okay, so, all the attack powers are in the table format now, unless I missed some, which is, of course, entirely possible.

Sylph's Attribute is going to be Mangrit, which makes sense in a way, considering Kanaya used a chainsawlipstick tube, which is crushing melee (mangrit dependant)

DANGIT YOU GUYS, POST IN THE OOC SO I CAN MAKE PERIODIC UPDATES ON PROGRESS AND THROW IDEAS AT YOU. ALSO DOUBLEPOST.

Anyway, I took the time to think up a few possible aggrievements for the Sylph class, and also possible titles for two of said.


Possible Sylph Aggrievements
Fuss/Meddle
Standard Action At will
Target: One ally in adjacent square or self
Effect: Heals the target 1d8 damage + half Level (minimum 1).
Special: With Class Mastery, heal 1d8+level


Standard Action at-will Melee or ranged
Target: one enemy in range
Attack: MGT + prec+level vs. AC
Hit: 1(W)+ MGT damage, and one ally in burst 5 can make an immediate saving throw versus any status effect.

Chainsaw Cleave
Standard Action Encounter Melee or Ranged
Target: One enemy in range
Attack: MGT + prec+level vs. AC
Hit: 2(W) +MGT + level damage.
Special: If you kill an enemy with this attack, you may make a basic attack against an enemy adjacent to the original target as a minor action.

Questions comments complaints, go ahead.

EDIT: Also Fraymotif!
Encounter Standard Action Close burst 4
Target: Each enemy in burst
Attack: MGT+prec+level vs. AC
Hit:1W +MGT+level damage
Effect: Each ally in burst is healed for 1d10 + half level damage.
Special: With Class Mastery, heals allies in burst for 1d10 +level damage.

Also, we have a Steam group now. I think I sent everyone an invite, but if you didn't get one, complain to me and I will fix that. Or complain to someone else, I'm not sure but   other group members should be able to send invites.

Edit: We need a group Logo too...

Oh yeah, also I have a question about the new templates. Would the prototyping templates be workable as player templates if necessary? They seem decently similar.

...I guess they could? But they were designed with Underlings in mind. Maybe if we had someone playing a Sprite. Which would be weird.

EDIT: The old Sylph traits are going back in. They fit well enough, at any rate. Not sure about bringing back the Razor Wind Brutal Affront (pg 22 on the old pdf). Thoughts?

EDIT: It suddenly occurs to me that free healing all encounter long might be a balance issue. How low can we leave the healing that it is useful, but not game-breaking?

I'm thinking recharge with more than one dice. Maybe [5][6], or even [4][5][6]. That wouldn't be every turn, but it would still be enough to do it a lot of the time. The effects are somewhat balanced out in that 1d8+half level is almost always going to be quite a bit lower than a full Second Wind.

I'd say encounter, but have it heal for a bigger dice amount.

I'm going to go with a 456 recharge. If that proves to be too much, we'll nerf it later. We need one more aggrievement, and also a title for the other one I made.

Also, how about this for a Sylph boon?

Encounter, minor action
Target: Any ally you can communicate with.
Effect: The target may recharge any any class Encounter power they have already expended.

All you have to do to check the balance is ask yourself of what the most devastating Encounter ability is. If it can be used twice without being broken you'll be fine. I like the sound of it, but I haven't been watching the updates either.

On reflection, I've decided to just re-use the old Mediate Boon. So, for the Sylph, we still need a name for the Fraymotif, two more aggrievements, and a Brutal Affront effect. Do we want to keep the old one?

EDIT: I decided we needed a Dwarf Exclusive template. Throw out ideas.

I don't think stat alteration is a good idea, but Martial Trance is a great one.

Yes, I agree with this.

A power that small could also work for a dwarven prototyping template, though. Maybe "Rowdy Brawler"? Unless we already have something like that.

Also we need to do a memolog now sometime with everyone in it. AL, CR, RL, KM and SS.
