Prisoner Pitting (Alliteration! Awesome!)
« on: April 15, 2012, 12:09:45 am »

A weregecko attacked my fort, and turned human above one of my cage traps. I want to drop him down a hole with a tunnel to the surface and have him as a desperation move for defenses, however my dwarves will not pit him. Can you help me?

Is the weregecko human still in the cage? you could just build the cage and link it to a lever to let it go. This removes pitting and is safer for your dwarves as long as it can't get back into the fort from where you built the cage.

b - j

that should be the command to build the cage and you just press x after selecting the area to expand the list of built items and find the cage that has the weregecko in it.
