1. Vampires tend to be ridiculously strong, that goes double for the master: if we pursue him right now chances are he can melee the whole cult into fine red mist. It'd be best if we were to ignore them until we can some degree or martial force; that will probably come with the Consumed mutating.
2. The two raw recruits should be immediatly converted into Touched or sacrificed to the Dark One; we cannot risk an information leak. Only fanatic devotees should be allowed.
3. We should focus on recruiting more followers first and foremost, after all, should the Consumed's mutation turn them hideous, they shall be all but useless for recruitment and resource gathering purposes.
4. Gathering resources forthright would be a liability; recruitment pays off geometrically and having more Touched will greatly improve our efficiency when seeking funds.
5. It is in our best interest to be the ones who assimilate the local government, that will open up several opportunities.

We probably have both the weakest start and the strongest endgame.

That after a certain period, I actually run out of ideas for a forum game.

Send out the consumed to proselytize in the poor and lowlife areas of the town. Have them go to the places they frequented the most before their conversion, unless 1 person is already there then send them some where else.

Have the touched... prepare for a sacrifice?

No, the touched are bound to be our first and foremost recruiters; send them out to attract more followers, while also doing so yourself. The consumed are probably bound to become far too hideous to successfully engage in any sort of social interaction with normal humans.

Also, we should see if we can't get some tools sometime in the future. Maybe we could expand the basement, and eventually have an underground complex fit for a cult.

We need to expand the cult first; it is far easier to get cash flowing if we have more influential citizens on our side.
